The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

Super convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several floors have been removed from service. Look forward to a more modern update following this. Bottled water inside the room is complimentary only for higher status World of Hyatt members. Seems a little petty for a Grand Hyatt - it's water not champagne, you can do better Hyatt!

โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก... พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก โรงแรมสะอาด บาร์มีชีวิตชีวา และห้องพักกว้างขวาง ทำเลที่ตั้งของที่นี่ไม่มีอะไรจะดีไปกว่าที่นี่อีกแล้ว การเดินทางด้วยรถ Uber ไปยังจุดสำคัญต่างๆ ในเวลาเพียงห้านาที เช่น การลอบสังหารเคนเนดี หรือ Terry Blacks เพื่อทานบาร์บีคิวแสนอร่อย หรือหากคุณอยู่ในเมืองเพื่อไปร่วมประชุมที่ศูนย์การประชุม เราใช้รถ Uber เพื่อเดินทาง แต่ถ้าไม่ได้ เราก็ใช้สกู๊ตเตอร์ไฟฟ้า ไม่เคยต้องเช่ารถเลยเพราะการนั่งรถ Uber จากสนามบินจะเสียเงินประมาณ 50 ดอลลาร์ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม มีร้านอาหารให้เลือกมากมาย หนึ่งในสถานที่โปรดของเรา นี่คือภาพถ่ายล็อบบี้และวิวจากห้องของเรา

โรงแรมกําลังปรับปรุงและตกแต่งห้องดูใหม่มาก ฉนวนกันเสียงค่อนข้างแย่ เสียงร้องของเด็กและเสียงคนในทางเดินก็ชัดเจน เสียงอุปกรณ์ทํางานในห้องก็ดังขึ้น ไม่รู้ว่าอุปกรณ์อะไร ส่งผลต่อการนอนหลับ ห้องน้ําไม่สะอาดและผมยังอยู่ Water Garden อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนซึ่งสะดวกต่อการเดินทาง นอกจากนี้ยังใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟ ตําแหน่งทางภูมิศาสตร์นั้นเหนือกว่า

It wa sa great stay. I booked it last kinute but was able to find a better price via Trip.com compared to website and the only difference is that the cheaper one doesn’t include breakfast. I can get bfast outside for wag less than my trip dot com savings.

The facilities and room were top notch. The service was great. The drinks were specially made and delicious.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything here was top notch h. Our room was so luxurious and clean, our food was the best of the city, views were great, just overall 100%!!!
