Exceptional Hospitality That Made My Birthday Special I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Kuching Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. I chose to celebrate my birthday there, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. A heartfelt thank you to I-Rene Saw, the Guest Experience Manager, and her wonderful team for their thoughtful arrangements. They beautifully decorated the room, surprised me with a birthday cake, and put us to a newly renovated room. These small yet meaningful gestures made a big difference and created a warm, celebratory atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the service was attentive, the room was comfortable and modern, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Pullman Kuching Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you once again to I-Rene and the team for making my birthday so special!

Damai Lagoon Resort is nestled between the Mountain Santubong and the South China Sea. The resort environment is serene tugged in a tropical rainforest setting. The area provides a tranquil retreat with dense jungles and sandy beaches. The Sarawak Cultural Village is located just a stone’s throw away. It is within 10 minutes walking distance. We were given all sea-fronting views with one corner rooms on the 3rd floor. We could listen to the waves crashing on the beach during high tide. The spacious space coupled with modern shower amenities and comfortable bedding made our stay an enjoyable experience and we had a relaxing time there. The buffet breakfast served was sumptuous with wide spread of local cuisines. We enjoyed swimming in the clean infinity pool in a sunset backdrop. There are many indoor games provided for the children. Thus, you will not get bored staying in this resort. The resort entrance is grand and the guest lounge is huge and beautiful overlooking the sea. The resort staff members are very helpful and friendly. The resort is highly recommended if you want to have a relaxing holiday outside Kuching city. Thank you.

It was a pleasant weekend, having to stay at Hilton Kuching. The location is perfect, right next to the promenade and river, facing the majestic landmark of the State Government office, which is the backdrop for the nightly fountain show. Everything about Kuching, the old charm of Carpenter Street, the newer side of town, etc are all within a stone’s throw away. The staff of Hilton is amazingly friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay at Hilton Kuching.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, providing a pleasant stay for our family. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to get around. The overall environment was welcoming and relaxing, which made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the hotel team for the great hospitality. Front desk is very helpful and check in was very quick. Room is very big and is simiar to pictures posted on website. Toiletries and slippers are provided. Cafe at level 4, food is nice. Theres a shopping centre next to mall. Many eateries opposite, and more variety of local food. Theres also their local market 10mins away. Police station is right next to it. Felt safe for a solo traveller.

Miri Marriott Resort & Spa is a good hotel overall. I think the food selection was sufficient, and I would rate it 6/10. However, the kids’ room still needs improvement to provide a better experience for families with children. Overall, I’m happy with my stay at Marriott Miri and enjoyed the hospitality and environment during my visit.
