Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

ห้องพักดีมาก เดินเข้าไปในอาคารด้านในของโรงแรมนี้เหมือนเดินเข้าไปในพระราชวังโรมัน ห้องใหญ่มาก แยกส่วนเปียกแห้ง สุขาภิบาลดีมาก พื้นที่กว้างมาก ห้องมีระเบียงมองโบสถ์ฝั่งตรงข้าม ใกล้ทุกที่มาก เดิน 15 นาทีถึงสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหรือถนนโรมัน ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก! บริการพ่อบ้านแบบบริการแบบตัวต่อตัว โดยรวมแล้วดีมากและคุ้มค่ากับประสบการณ์ คําแนะนําเล็กน้อยกับโรงแรมคือแผ่นปูนเปลือยของพวกเขาหลุดออกมาเล็กน้อย ถ้าทําแบบนี้ให้ดีมันจะสมบูรณ์แบบมากขึ้น

โรงแรมชอบมัน ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวก เดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมด อาหารเช้าดี รวมผัก/สีเขียวปริมาณเพียงพอ กาแฟอร่อย หมอนสองใบธรรมดาและกระดูก มีกาน้ําชา ตู้เย็น เครื่องสําอางดีรวมถึงครีมทามือ มีแต่คั่วที่ขาดอยู่ ใกล้เตียง

Il est regrettable, alors que l hôtel était presque vide , d’avoir eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. La salle de bain n’était pas du tout fonctionnelle , pas agréable , trop petite. Nous en avons fait part à un membre de la réception qui nous a répondu : oui vous avez raison . Dommage

Overall was a good stay. breakfast could be more various. would be goos to have more amenities in the room and bathroom. The Michelin star restaurant was tasty.

A place that I will definitely go back and visit. The view is beautiful, staffs are all well trained and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable.
