When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is atmospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean.

Great location, nicely decorated room with air conditioning which is essential in this heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, will definitely come back again!

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

We booked this because we thought this was the number 1 child friendly hotel in Rome. As we arrive the kids club was closed for our time period. No children activities for our stay. The food is mediocre Hilton hotel like. Concierge was outstanding 1000% great. There was a falcon bird chained up on the sky outdoor bar area which was odd. Apparently it comes often to the hotel. I just was more disappointed than anything for spending $800+/night. You can’t use the hot tub on top, the indoor pool was closed, and the roof bar need 3 day notice. Mediocre.
