We stayed for two nights at this fabulous modern art museum and hotel. Its location is excellent, offering probably the best sunsets in Rome. The property features a fully equipped kitchen stocked daily with high-quality products—fresh milk, eggs, and meat—perfect for preparing a great breakfast / or a good lunch in our case.
Giorgio, the hotel manager, is exceptional—fashionable, kind, and attentive to every detail. His recommendations were always spot on, ensuring a delightful experience at any time of the day. Following his advice, we visited a magnificent orange garden with a spectacular view of Rome.
Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!
A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.
Great location, nicely decorated room with air conditioning which is essential in this heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, will definitely come back again!
ผผู้เข้าพักLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
DDanThenOur stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for.
Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city.
Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.
GGeorge TumurWe were so happy with everything that the hotel was about. Most importantly, such a warm positive vibe and energy from the hotel staff, restaurant, food and artworks, totally worth the stay! Reasonably priced, a prime location to every important part of central Rome, The restaurant Donna e Bistrot deserves a Michelin star, because the breakfast is so good, with the options they provide, quality of the food and pastries are impeccable! We had a wonderful tasting menu dinner, with wine pairing, and we thought it was better than a couple of other Michelin star restaurants in Rome that we visited. Restaurant personnel were so warm hearted and friendly, as are everyone else! Can’t praise highly enough. Must come back!!! Nicollo, Sara, Alessandro, and all others are the best people in hospitality!
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อSuch a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough to make it a perfect stay. I saw some of them being given a hard time by not-so-gracious guests, and all of them were able to handle it with complete professionalism. Very well trained and kind to us. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

ผผู้เข้าพักI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️
