JJIAKANGประทับใจทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก โดยเฉพาะห้องที่หันไปทางโคลอสเซียม พนักงานโรงแรมใส่ใจในการบริการเป็นอย่างมาก ออกจากโรงแรมก็เอากระเป๋าขึ้นแท็กซี่ด้วย เพราะในวันเกิด ทางโรงแรมเตรียมเค้กวันเกิด คุกกี้ การ์ดอวยพร ส่งแชมเปญ 1 ขวด เข้าครัวทำอาหารเช้า ตื่นแต่เช้าไปดูโคลอสเซียม แสงเช้า อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำดีมาก ปรับอุณหภูมิน้ำสะดวกมาก ห้องตกแต่งเยอะ คนจีนชอบดื่มน้ำร้อน น้ำค่อนข้างสะอาด

ผผู้เข้าพักLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes.
The room is modernly designed with great amenities.
I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries.
The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?

DDanThenOur stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for.
Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city.
Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

RRyan Xing CunExcellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

早餐相當滿意，38歐一人，半自助，可以單點一個現做的餐品。
房間乾淨整潔。隔音糟糕，每晚睡不着，不是樓上跑跳就是旁邊房間小孩吵鬧。衞生用品不補充，連住四天，第一條發現抽紙沒了，第二天浴帽用了不補，第四天衞生紙都沒有了。去前台説了，晚上回房間，衞生紙依舊沒有裝上，浴帽沒補卻補了一堆頭繩。要走了，發現晚上的house keeping 原來才會提供免費的水，你早上放房間不好嗎？晚上八點半來，穿睡衣不方便接待啊！而且晚上來問我們毛巾要不要換，我們很環保的，白天用過的毛巾晚上還能用，當然不用換。但是白天要個衞生紙為何不給我裝上啊。衹怪前台辦理入住時也沒説要打掃兩次的，害得晚上來打掃都被我們拒了。
泳池沒有開，雖然預訂好特地問了攜程客服，還説能遊，白帶了游泳衣。

ผผู้เข้าพักI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

I have stayed in many hotels and found this one very special and would stay again. The breakfast is only bread, coffee and a few other little bits, but that’s very common for the culture. o think this place stands out for also good since rooms to say you are near the very center of Rome.
