Considering the price everything should have been much better but the location is the main selling point I get it. I was given a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink. My room was overlooking trash cans. And was noisy during the night and early morning. If you ignore the trash cans, the view is to die for. The balcony is tiny but cute, the room also pretty small. The bathroom a bit tacky and outdated. The restaurant and breakfast options was very retro and the balcony with the best views was too hot to sit on (could have fans and a mobile AC), so I sat inside, missing out on the view. The huge but lovely tessellated room key had to be left at the reception desk which made moving around inconvenient. The pool is nice but the pool restaurant is very unpleasant to eat at, again because of the heat. The pool shower doesn’t have any gels or shampoos. There is no proper changing room nor are you provided slippers (I checked in early and wanted to go for a swim).

Wow what a place! This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy. The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible! All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining. The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing. This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Loved, loved, loved our stay! The hotel is a nice distance from Naples and is close to many sights - Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi, Sorrento etc. Super easy to manoeuvre between these and the hotel also has a shuttle bus. Breakfast was AMAZING! The staff, wonderful. Cocktails after dark - gorgeous! Views are stunning! Pool was lovely and very much needed in the heat. Room was great - superb shower and everything you need. Choice of restaurants on site - we only visited the pizzeria - it was lovely, but staff were very very rude - so much that other diners even commented on her attitude. Gorgeous stay - would definitely go again!

สภาพแวดล้อมดีมากแค่อยู่บนหน้าผาริมทะเลวิวทะเลของทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนก็อยู่ในตาอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็ดีมากถึงแม้จะไม่ค่อยเหมาะกับคนจีนท้อง แต่ก็ ค่อนข้างรวย วิวร้านอาหารก็เยี่ยม ตื่นเช้าไปทานอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรม อารมณ์ดีมาก โรงแรมมีหาดส่วนตัวแต่ไม่ใช่หาดทราย มันเป็นหิน สามารถเข้าถึงชายหาดได้โดยตรงด้วยลิฟต์หรือลงอุโมงค์และลงเล่นน้ำทะเลได้โดยตรง ถ้าไม่อยากลงเล่นน้ำทะเลก็ลงสระในโรงแรมได้เลย เหมาะมากสำหรับการพักผ่อน แมลงวันในครีมห้องมักจะมีรสชาติ เวลาขับรถเพราะมีปัญหาเรื่องการนำทางเปิดโรงแรมตลอด จริงๆ แล้วโรงแรมไปสถานีกลางซอร์เรนโตก็เดิน 7 นาที ทำเล ภูมิทัศน์ เข้ากัน หาที่เปรียบไม่ได้

The hotel is located half way between the station and the harbour. From the top floor there are beautiful views and very relaxing. The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed. Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*. Look forward to returning.

The service is exceptional! Everything about this hotel was amazing. They have a pool and access to the beach. The rooftop bar and restaurant were great. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at this hotel. The shuttle service to the main city center of sorrento was so convenient and the hotel is located away from all the chaos so it’s nice and quiet in the evening.

Absolutely perfect. We are in love with this place. Hidden jam, truly oasis, so good atmosphere, private atmosphere, no crowds. Amazing views, staff are excellent. Definitely want to come back next time. Also, so easy to reach Positano, Sorrento by bike or car. Thanks for the perfect gate away

Nice view and breakfast was 7/10. It’s very far from the port which is very inconvenient. And also you can’t walk from the hotel to the center. Always in advance you have to book for a taxi which is also exhausting. Overall, nice however I don’t think I’ll book again this exact hotel.
