I was supposed to stay in the floating spa room. I booked it six months ago and less than two weeks before we arrive - there are “abnormalties”. My room is given to someone else. They want me to take a room with no view. It’s my honeymoon. Do not count on this hotel to follow through. If it’s a special occasion, do not trust this hotel! I am already in Europe and I have no idea where to go now. Please buyer be aware!

It was AWFUL experience! Conditioner is not working in whole hotel, service is ridiculous! Breakfast is served very slow, first you will receive eggs, after 15 min bread, then they will say that cappuccino and tomatoes are extra….then they serve coffee and only then after 10 min tomatoes…..

La struttura è molto bella, personale disponibilissimo, stanze pulitissime. Siamo stati fortunati perchè nell'orario che avevamo scelto per la spa e i massaggi non c'era nessuno e ci siamo goduti tutto con tanta pace. Lo consiglio a pieni voti

L'hotel, a mio avviso, è sovra classificato 5*. Probabilmente, il plesso principale merita questa categoria. La stanza executive, posizionata in palazzina decentrata, pur essendo molto spaziosa e luminosa, presenta delle criticità in termini di arredamento, molto spartano; il bagno è poverissimo di articoli igienici (1 - una- saponetta, 1 - una boccetta sapone liquido, distributori shampoo e doccia schiuma all'interno della doccia), presenta una doccia mignon dove si fa fatica ad accedere e a muoversi al suo interno. Anche il servizio riordino camere è deficitario. La colazione è paragonabile a quella normalmente servita negli alberghi 3*. La cena, invece, la definirei ottima e abbondante. Un plauso al responsabile della sala ristorazione e ai suoi collaboratori, sempre cortesi, professionali e attenti alle esigenze del cliente. In sintesi: 3* bastano e avanzano.

Siamo stati il giorno di pasqua e lunedi santo, struttura magnifica perfetta in tutto partendo dal personale gentilissimo e super accogliente, ai servizi di ristorazione, centro benessere, e la pulizia delle camere. É stato tutto perfetto !!! Esperienza da rifare non 1 ma 10 volte, l'araba fenice un nome, una garanzia lo consiglio a tutti di andare anche per un breve periodo di relax la pace dei sensi

Siamo ritornati di nuovo a questo hotel spa e davvero molto piacevole sia la spa sia le stanze e sopratutto mi mangia bene Personale molto cordiale e disponibile ampio parcheggio bella passeggiata stesso nella struttura davvero piacevole
