Sin palabras ,se puede mejorar pero estoy muy contento con todo! Es la 5 ves que voy ,cada vez me asignaron habitaciones diferentes y sin comentarios !! De seguro repetiré 🥳🥳

ข้อดีที่สุดคือทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับ Casa Batlló และ Casa Milà และเดินเพียง 20 นาทีก็ถึง Sagrada Familia นอกจากนี้ยังอยู่ใกล้กับภูเขาและชายหาดโดยรถแท็กซี่ อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมนั้น... อย่างแรกเลย สระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งเหมาะสำหรับถ่ายรูปเท่านั้น ในรูปถ่ายมันดูไม่เล็กขนาดนั้น และเนื่องจากอยู่แค่ชั้น 5 ระเบียงจึงไม่มีวิวอะไรมากนัก สิ่งที่ทำให้ผิดหวังที่สุดคือระบบประปาในห้องของเรามีปัญหา น้ำไม่ระบายออกอย่างถูกต้องในห้องอาบน้ำ น้ำล้นทุกวัน ประการที่สอง ทุกคืนเราได้ยินเสียงพัดลมจากถังเก็บน้ำเป็นระยะๆ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อประสบการณ์ของเราอย่างมาก แน่นอนว่าห้องอื่นที่เราพักไม่มีปัญหาเลย มันเป็นแค่ความบังเอิญ โดยรวมแล้ว มีโรงแรมเยอะเกินไปในบริเวณนี้ และราคาใกล้เคียงกัน โรงแรมนี้ไม่ได้พิเศษอะไร ดังนั้นจึงไม่จำเป็นต้องเลือกพักที่นี่ การบริการค่อนข้างดี แต่โดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเกินไปที่จะให้คะแนนสูงกว่านี้ได้

ติดกับสถานีรถไฟSantsใช้เวลาเดินไปสถานี 2 นาที และการคมนาคมโดยรอบสะดวกมาก ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พอและการตกแต่งค่อนข้างใหม่ ที่สำคัญคือ เตียงนอนสบายและโรงแรมโดยรวมก็คุ้มค่ากับมาตรฐานระดับห้าดาวของท้องถิ่น

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

The check in process was not the best experience and Gerard insisted we had to pay the hotel tax before the stay. This was different from the other hotels on this trip, which was usually collected upon checked out. The breakfast had limited food options with two staff on duty. As there are limited seats at the restaurant , they arranged for tables outside the restaurant meaning one had to wait with patience for the duty staff to take warm food orders. If only the hotel can arrange group tour customers to take a particular seating (since there are two seatings), the place will not turn so noisy. Bed was comfortable though. Room layout is not great for friends especially the shower spot, makes one feel very exposed.

ในนามของชาวเกาหลี ผมขอขอบคุณโรงแรมสำหรับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น โรงแรมสวยงามอลังการด้วยการตกแต่งภายในที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ พนักงานเป็นมิตร และอาหารในห้องอาหารก็มีคุณภาพเยี่ยมยอด มีรถแท็กซี่ให้บริการตลอดเวลาที่ทางเข้าหลัก และบาร์ฟรีที่ชั้นหนึ่งของล็อบบี้ (ดังที่แสดงในภาพ) ก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ขอบคุณที่ทำให้การเดินทางมาบาร์เซโลนาของผมเป็นที่น่าจดจำ ผมจะกลับไปอีกแน่นอน

A/c is not working so you have to open the window. And outside the noise from the construction is insane!! So you have to choose if you want to sleep or the air to breathe. I stayed in a nice large room on the second floor and had zero sleep because of the noise. The breakfast for 28€ is quite low quality, really looks bad and tastes like if they are using cheap ingredients. Overall - very nice location, good property but very disappointing

เครือโรงแรมที่มีชื่อเสียง เนื่องจากเรามาถึงตอนกลางคืน เราไม่แน่ใจเกี่ยวกับบริเวณโดยรอบ แต่มีร้านอาหารบรรยากาศสบายๆ อยู่ติดกับโรงแรม และอาหารก็อร่อย แม้ว่าฉันจะไม่ได้ใช้มัน แต่ก็มีร้านอาหารมากมายภายในโรงแรม สิ่งหนึ่งที่ทำให้ฉันรำคาญคืออุณหภูมิของน้ำอาบน้ำ ไม่มีปัญหาเมื่อฉันอาบน้ำตอนกลางคืน แต่เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นน้ำก็อุ่นเพียง (ประมาณ 35 องศาเซลเซียส) บางทีทั้งโรงแรมอาจมีการจำกัดปริมาณน้ำร้อนที่สามารถใช้ได้ในช่วงระยะเวลาหนึ่ง?LOL

I absolutely loved this hotel — it’s truly the best hotel in Barcelona! The classic and luxurious theme gives it a special charm. The room size is amazing; although it says 24 sqm, it feels much bigger, especially the bathroom, which is surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels. One very thoughtful detail is that the room includes an adapter converter, which was extremely helpful for us with UK plugs. Another lovely touch is the chocolate they place on the bed every day after housekeeping — such a sweet gesture! The location is perfect, right in the middle between the two most popular tourist areas. The Big Bus stop is also right outside, which makes getting around so easy, especially if you plan to use the hop-on hop-off bus. I definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!
