Красивый отель, внизу винный погреб, находится рядом с жд вокзалом, пешком 12 минут - это удобно! До центра города нужно ехать 20 минут на такси. Из минусов: холодно было, нет отопления в номере, ночью замерзли ! ! ! ( на улице было 10, соответственно в номере тоже холодно), окна на дорогу, слышимость ужасная! Слышно все, что на улице и в коридоре! Запах сигарет в номере! Похоже в номере курили, мы проветривали, но не выветрилось! Просили поменять номер, но нам отказали, сказали, что нет свободных номеров! Неприятно! Продлили номер на 6 часов за половину стоимости! Плюсы: в номере есть все, что заявлено и халат, почему-то один, хотя на двоих бронировала. Был сломан душ, оба душа (верхний дождь тоже) видимо засорились отверстия, и вода пошла сбоку, и так на обоих душах, очень неудобно мыться. Всего две подушки, хотелось бы 4. Плюсы: Нормальные завтраки, кофе из кофемашины. Красивый, в номера чисто и уютно. Есть гладильная доска с утюгом в коридоре. Удобные кровати.

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

An island of warmth and family comfort in Samarkand! I traveled to Samarkand with my mom and staying at Siab Boutique Hotel was the best decision! The location is perfect - Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, Afrasiab Museum, and Bibi-Khanym Mosque are all within easy walking distance. The owners are a wonderful married couple. The husband is a historian and created an amazing sightseeing itinerary for us, while his lovely wife pampered us every morning with delicious, homemade breakfasts that she prepares herself. Housekeeping is excellent, everything is spotlessly clean. The young staff boys are absolute sweethearts - so friendly and always ready to help with anything. We wish this cozy family hotel all the success and prosperity in the world! Will definitely come back!

Nifal is a great new hotel. I spent 3 nights there. What you see in the pictures, is what you get, even better once you see it in person. Amazingly clean, tastefully decorated, high ceiling, two bottles of water, toothbrush, sleepers, and best of all, you’re asked to take your shoes off and place it on a shoe rack by the room. How cool is that? (speaking of cleanliness) Farrux at the front desk speaks English well, very kind and helpful young man. Breakfast is plenty full and individually served at a desire time. Kitchen staff greets you with a smile every morning. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular tourist attraction. Couple of restaurants close by with their specialty kebab (chicken, lamb and beef), they also serve beer and wine.

Очень хороший сервис парни на ресепшен молодцы локации отличный еще если на электромашины кто останется в этот отель здесь можно зарядит мошину. Ну класс чистота на и выше . И завтрак стоит того вкусно и седобна.

A very beautiful place. The hotel is located in the city center. The breakfast is delicious and has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, as are the beds, with a good mattress. The interior is designed in Samarkand style. The veranda offers a view of the city.

What a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious with a luxury feel. We got a free upgrade which made our stay even better. The staff at the front desk are super helpful, helping us find appropriate shops to sort out our needs. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection and a very peaceful environment. Dinner is also very delicious. It is a bit out of the town, but booking through YandexGo is quite easy. Never wait for more than 6 minutes. Close to eternal city, which is quite a love place to visit. All in all. A very pleasant stay...

まず、ホテルと銘打っておりますが、実質はゲストハウスです。入口の扉の開け方がわからず、扉前面に取り付けてあるテンキーに予約番号や確認番号を入力しましたがエラーばかり出ました。少し悩んでいると、もう一つ、銀色のボタンが付いているのを発見しました。これがインターホンのようです。押すと呼び出し音が鳴り続け、暫くすると扉が開きました。また、後方にある車道から、ホテルの支配人らしき人物が現れました。 部屋の清潔度は特に問題ありませんでした。アメニティはまずタオルがなく、持参したものを使用しましたが、予め置いておいてほしかったなと思いました。頼めば用意してくれたのでしょうが、その点が気になりました。 洗面所はユニットバスで、バスタブがあります。バスタブと洗面所の間にカーテンの仕切りが付いていますが、正直気休めです。シャワー後は洗面所がびちゃびちゃになります。 ゲストハウスなので、1人1部屋ではなく、場合によっては見知らぬ人と同室になることもあります。私は、スウェーデンから来た男性と同室でした。それと、部屋の扉には鍵穴らしきものがありますが、鍵はもらえません。進入仕放題です。出かける際は貴重品をすべて持って出かけましょう。それと、日本人は珍しがられるようです。 中庭があり、椅子と机が複数個置いてあります。猫が住みついているようで、椅子の上で寝ているときもあります。 チェックアウト時もよくわからず、朝の7、8時台では誰もいません。10時過ぎになると起き出す人も現れます。私の場合は、支配人の子どもらしき子ども（10歳もいってないのでは）に手続きをしてもらいました。 最後に、ロケーションとしては、レギスタン広場やグーリアミール廟から徒歩3〜40分と、それほど悪くないです。
