Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

ทำเลที่ตั้งยอดเยี่ยม อยู่ติดกับมหาวิหารเลย! เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนในใจกลางเมืองสะดวก และมีร้านอาหารให้เลือกมากมายอยู่ใกล้ๆ ห้องพักอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่เมื่อพิจารณาจากทำเลที่ตั้งแล้ว อาจเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในย่านนี้ ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

ขนาดห้องกําลังดี ทําเลอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟประมาณ 800 เมตร เดิน 10-15 นาที ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมเพราะอยู่ใกล้ร้านกาแฟและร้านอาหารมากมาย หากคุณกําลังรับกระเป๋าเดินทางเช็คอิน คุณอาจลําบากกว่าเมื่อลากล้อสัมภาระผ่านเส้นทางหินรอบโรงแรม ตู้เสื้อผ้าไม่มีโถสุขภัณฑ์ตามมาตรฐานยุโรป ดังนั้นหากคุณต้องการ คุณอาจพิจารณาใช้โถสุขภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าแบบพกพา การไหลของน้ําค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่มันเป็นเพียงความชอบส่วนตัว นอกเหนือจากนั้นทุกอย่างดี

Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. โรงแรมน่ารักจริงๆพร้อมบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม !  อบอุ่นสบายเหมือนอยู่บ้าน  แม้ว่าทําเลจะค่อนข้างยุ่งยาก แต่ฉันจะกลับมาพักผ่อนอย่างแน่นอน!  อาหารที่เสิร์ฟในร้านอาหารนั้นสวยงามและรายการไวน์ก็น่าทึ่งเช่นกัน ต้องไปตรวจสอบที่ร้านอาหารและบาร์ในโรงแรมขณะอยู่ที่นั่น

Best hotel we’ve ever been at. Absolutely beautiful, great staff, helped us with everything and brought us many gifts!

Enjoyed our stay. Area is more remotely located so you need to have a vehicle for convenience.
