Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel this year. The first time was in May and the second in December. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel the first time but the second time was a disaster. We were allocated the worst room in the hotel with a window that looked out onto a wall just a few feet away and the decor was rough and depressing. Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened. There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great. We will never return I'm afraid. Gerry

Location is great just at front of the Cathedral. Rooms with the view are very small and the price is elevated as there are practically no other competitive hotels.Next time in Reims I consider to rent an apartment.

Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

โรงแรมน่ารักจริงๆพร้อมบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม !  อบอุ่นสบายเหมือนอยู่บ้าน  แม้ว่าทําเลจะค่อนข้างยุ่งยาก แต่ฉันจะกลับมาพักผ่อนอย่างแน่นอน!  อาหารที่เสิร์ฟในร้านอาหารนั้นสวยงามและรายการไวน์ก็น่าทึ่งเช่นกัน ต้องไปตรวจสอบที่ร้านอาหารและบาร์ในโรงแรมขณะอยู่ที่นั่น

Best hotel we’ve ever been at. Absolutely beautiful, great staff, helped us with everything and brought us many gifts!

Enjoyed our stay. Area is more remotely located so you need to have a vehicle for convenience.

Memorable stay in Reims. Amazing dinner in the 3 michelin star.
