First impressions really count for any stay and from the moment I arrived I knew I would like this place. I’m a bit precious about my car so safe parking is usually the first thing that needs to be negotiated. The friendliest valet (may not be his job title) greeted me and totally put me at ease. Perfect blend of professionalism and relaxed. Check in was slick with a glass of champagne with cookies taken on the terrace. My room was impressive and had everything I needed. If my wife was staying she may have liked a steamer and perhaps curling tongs. Apologies if they are contained in the room but I didn’t find them. The building is beautiful and the bar/lounge area is a very inviting place where you could easily lose a few hours. The Brasserie (Le Jardin) was a real highlight. I’ve had far worse meals and service at Michelin starred restaurants. It was really reasonable too. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options. Can’t wait to return and will bring my wife and dog next time as the hotel is very pet friendly.

From the moment we pulled up, the service was impeccable: the bell team met the car with perfect timing, took our luggage, and made everything feel effortless. That level of warmth and precision never wavered for a second. We received a wonderful French welcome (and great Virtuoso perks, including Champagne on arrival). Our suite was beautiful and genuinely comfortable, with panoramic views in a historic, storybook setting. Dinner at the 2 Michelin star restaurant on property was unforgettable. And the location is ideal: a beautiful walk to Ruinart and Pommery, no driving required. It just doesn’t get better.

Upon our arrival, we were whisked into the Bar Rotonde for a welcoming glass of delicious champagne. Our room on the top floor, was light filled and beautifully appointed, overlooking perfectly manicured grounds. Sumptuous linens and a comfy bed always add to a wonderful stay. The hotel arranged for a visit to Maison Ruinart which is quite close to the property. While much of our dining exploration in Reims was mostly "off property" (Arbane, L'assiette Champenoise and Sacre Burger)... our last evening, we were able to have dinner at the Brasserie Le Jardin, which was excellent. We look forward to returning!

We chose this hotel for our recent three day stay based on their TA reviews and for the location while visiting Reims. When our taxi driver drove into their drive, our mouths dropped open and he said, Good Choice! Needless to say, we agreed and were not disappointed with our choice as every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Like others have written here, the entire hotel and grounds are classy and elegant. We were lucky to arrive on the evening of a special Breast Cancer fundraiser and the place was lit up in pink which added to the ambiance. Upon our arrival we were greeted to champagne and tea cookies in their cozy lounge and afterwards escorted to our beautiful spacious and well appointed room. Breakfast in their dining room was over the top. Again, classy and elegant and the amount of food to choose from and the presentation was amazing. This was a first class experience for us and we would not hesitate to return. To us, it was worth every euro! Merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience.

Our experience at Domaine Les Crayères was absolutely incredible , a perfect blend of French elegance, history, and warm hospitality. Nestled in Reims, this legendary five-star Relais & Châteaux property truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. The team were exceptional and very kind:) The Food was 10/10 Both Restaurant experience were just wonderful:) 100% recommend this hotel, so Elegant and Classic:)

A lovely treat to visit this place. Service was fabulous, decor & surroundings beautiful. Attention to detail immaculate. Loved the delicate glasses we had to drink our champagne from . (I’m sure it made it taste better ;0)

Check-in: Flawless. I was met at my taxi by a porter, ushered inside to the desk, and after a brief exchange of documents I was brought to the bar for a complimentary glass of champagne and small cookies. A quick tour of my room by the staff followed. (My luggage, which I never touched leaving the car, was magically deposited in my room upon arrival. (5/5) Room: Beautiful with modern amenities but not at the expense of traditional furnishings. Immaculate marble bathroom. The shower took a while to warm up in the morning but everything else worked for the duration of my stay. Mini-bar was replenished regularly and small treats rotated through on a table daily. Nice view out to the gardens. Bedding was like Goldilocks: not too soft, not too firm. (4.5/5) Service: Attentive without being obtrusive (a tough concept for some places to balance). They definitely respected the “Do Not Disturb” sign! There are an abundance of staff here and they all worked like a well-rehearsed orchestra…. I don’t think I ever had to open the front door myself during the week. Very impressive. Housekeeping was superb and invisible. There were some minor language problems but emphasis here is on “minor.” (4.5/5) Facilities: Beautiful property (building and grounds), even in shoulder-season and before I assume the gardens would look their best. La Rotunde (the casual bar) was a nice counterbalance to Les Parc (the formal restaurant). No spa but there will be one by 2027 as construction was actively ongoing during my stay. (4.5/5) Location: Cloistered on the edge of town to keep out the riff-raff but only a 30-minute walk to the center (4.5/5). Cost: Modest when compared to Paris, expensive when compared to Holiday Inn Express. Is it worth it? I’d say yes. Do they over-charge? I’d say no. (4/5) Summary: A very special property that I would definitely stay at again if given the chance. Great service, beautiful surroundings, and prime location. (4.5/5 rounding up to the nearest integer  5/5)

One of the best hotels we have had the privilege of visiting. The property and rooms are beautiful and extremely well maintained and managed. The staff is professional and very kind. Could not ask for a better experience!

From the reception, through the bar, to the restaurant, anyone who visits this wonderful little castle will have an unforgettable experience. Guests are welcomed with great love, the wine and champagne selection in the bar is of record quantity and super quality. The Bar la Rotonde offers a large selection of 1000 types of champagne and 3300 types of wine. My room was wonderful and clean, the bed was comfortable and soft. The Restaurant Le Parc has two Michelin Stars, which is no coincidence because it is one of the best Master Chefs in the world: Chef Christophe Moret dazzles guests with his wonderful and unforgettable tasting dishes. I think this hotel is in the best possible hands, because the staff treats guests in the best possible way in every respect!
