Great hotel overall. Except for my very first night getting there where the hotel staff showed some attitude. I was shocked and scared at that point since we just finished a long trip. And when I describe how the room card not functioning, he was being not hospitality either.

Really nice location nice rooms little outdated but very comfortable service was amazing great location. The only thing that we were kind of bummed about is the pool was outside and it was closed. That was why we rented it in the first place, but overall great experience.

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.
