ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีที่สุด! อยู่ในพื้นที่ Jalan Tunjungan ซึ่งเป็นถนนคนเดินที่มีผู้คนพลุกพล่านมากที่สุดในใจกลางสุราบายา และ Tunjungan Plaza Mall ซึ่งเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับสองในอินโดนีเซีย เพียงข้ามถนน! ตัวโรงแรมเองก็โอเค ฉันอยู่ชั้น 12 เลยได้วิวที่สวยงามมาก เตียงนอนดี หมอนและทีวีดี พรมสะอาด แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นในตอนแรก แต่เราโทรหาพนักงานและเขาก็แก้ไขปัญหา แต่ผนังห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดและฝักบัวก็รั่วถึงเพดาน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็โอเค และมีตู้เย็นแต่ไม่มีตู้เย็นอยู่ข้างใน 🤣 จริง ๆ แล้วผมคาดหวังไว้ดีกว่านี้เพราะราคาห้องพักและแบรนด์โรงแรม Swiss Belinn ก็ดังครับ อาหารเช้าดี มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายและรสชาติก็ดีเช่นกัน พวกเขามีห้องใต้ดินแต่ฉันคิดว่ามันเล็ก เลยต้องจอดรถที่สนามว่างด้านนอกข้างโรงแรม ร้อนมากแต่พวกเขาก็มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยคอยดูแลสถานที่ แต่โดยรวมแล้วทำเลที่ตั้งดี และสะดวกสบายทีเดียว

Stayed in the NEW Deluxe Queenbed Room. The room comes with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, etc. available — just log in with your own account). Got a room on the 8th floor: fast Wi-Fi up to 30 Mbps, and a wonderful night sky view. Highlights: Varied and delicious breakfast. A complete menu is available — appetizers, buffet breakfast, egg corner, Asian and Western dishes (photos attached). Very strategic location, close to a mall, Brawijaya University, and Muhammadiyah University. GoFood and GrabFood friendly. At night, there are tons of great food options nearby — from penyetan, martabak, red fried rice, and more — all within 0–30 minutes delivery range. Free parking for hotel guests, both at the open lobby area and in the basement. Friendly staff and excellent cleanliness! Wishing continued success to Swiss-Belinn Malang!

Loved the amenities, staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Great cost/quality balance and location. Very clean and comfortable. Next door to nice natural healthy shop and great coffee places. I would definitely go here again!

Good location near river and Tunjungan plaza which is a massive mall and loads of places to eat including food courts. Clothing especially from Indonesian stores are good value. Hotel very clean and comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom little small in family room but good to have separate seating area with more space. Breakfast not bad not loads of options but perfectly fine. NB: very very steep hill to get to front entrance which is near impossible for a taxi to climb with a turn as well.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel is quite good and relatively cheap. I just want to highlight some of the things that can be improved easy and quick. One of those is the double secured lock that is broken in the door. It make the stay a little bit unsecured. It only have one lock, the chain lock is broken.
