Maybe the only complaint about this Hotel, just the housekeeping, they really did the Cleaning so early at 09.00 am, knock your door, and after that 1PM they do Cleaning room with ”magic” but didn't worked hahahahahaa... The room still dirty and mess

The hotel location is city center, very convenient for travelers. Service is good and warm, they are very kind and patient. Wish Surabaya prosperous and become better 💪💪

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

The hotel is luxurious, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is also delicious. Next time I will stay here again.

The hotel is quite good and relatively cheap. I just want to highlight some of the things that can be improved easy and quick. One of those is the double secured lock that is broken in the door. It make the stay a little bit unsecured. It only have one lock, the chain lock is broken.

The hotel is located at a really convenient area where 3 convenient stores are just 1 min walk apart from one another. Room was huge and great for 3 of us as we were travelling with just backpack. Would totally recommend this hotel to my friends!

เราโชคร้ายที่ไฟฟ้าดับในวันที่เช็คเอาท์ ดังนั้นการขยายเวลาเช็คเอาต์ล่าช้าจึงไม่มีประโยชน์ การจำกัดน้ำแร่ที่โรงแรมจำกัดไว้เพียง 2 ขวดต่อห้องนั้นดูแปลกไปหน่อยและเป็นประสบการณ์ครั้งแรกสำหรับฉันเนื่องจากโรงแรมส่วนใหญ่อนุญาตให้เราขอเพิ่มได้เมื่อจำเป็น นอกเหนือจากนั้นเรายังมีค่ำคืนที่สะดวกสบายที่มิดทาวน์ พนักงานก็เป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี
