โรงแรม 3 ดาว ในชวาติมูร์ อินโดนีเซีย

Staying at the Ibis Surabaya hotel was quite satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, and local food can be found behind the Ibis hotel within walking distance. The facilities are adequate, although they are single units even for two occupants. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the car park, making it quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the car. The food served is delicious and varied, with good service, and uniquely, there is a playground for elementary school-aged children.

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีที่สุด! อยู่ในพื้นที่ Jalan Tunjungan ซึ่งเป็นถนนคนเดินที่มีผู้คนพลุกพล่านมากที่สุดในใจกลางสุราบายา และ Tunjungan Plaza Mall ซึ่งเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับสองในอินโดนีเซีย เพียงข้ามถนน! ตัวโรงแรมเองก็โอเค ฉันอยู่ชั้น 12 เลยได้วิวที่สวยงามมาก เตียงนอนดี หมอนและทีวีดี พรมสะอาด แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นในตอนแรก แต่เราโทรหาพนักงานและเขาก็แก้ไขปัญหา แต่ผนังห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดและฝักบัวก็รั่วถึงเพดาน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็โอเค และมีตู้เย็นแต่ไม่มีตู้เย็นอยู่ข้างใน 🤣 จริง ๆ แล้วผมคาดหวังไว้ดีกว่านี้เพราะราคาห้องพักและแบรนด์โรงแรม Swiss Belinn ก็ดังครับ อาหารเช้าดี มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายและรสชาติก็ดีเช่นกัน พวกเขามีห้องใต้ดินแต่ฉันคิดว่ามันเล็ก เลยต้องจอดรถที่สนามว่างด้านนอกข้างโรงแรม ร้อนมากแต่พวกเขาก็มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยคอยดูแลสถานที่ แต่โดยรวมแล้วทำเลที่ตั้งดี และสะดวกสบายทีเดียว

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางสุราบายา ล้อมรอบด้วยธนาคารหลายแห่งและ A** ทำให้สะดวกในการถอนเงินสด มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและศูนย์ธุรกิจโทรคมนาคม Telcom ใช้เวลาเดินเพียงสิบนาที การบริการของโรงแรมอบอุ่นและใส่ใจและตอบสนองทุกความต้องการ โดยส่วนตัวแล้ว รู้สึกว่าดีกว่าโรงแรมห้าดาวชื่อดังเสียอีก อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยม อุดมสมบูรณ์และท้องถิ่น จะพักที่นี่ครั้งหน้า!

ฉันเข้าพักในห้อง 503 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 เมษายน จนถึงวันที่ 4 เมษายน (เช็คเอาท์) แต่ได้ยินเสียงทีวีดังมากจากห้องข้างๆ และเสียงเสียดสีของเก้าอี้หรือเตียงในตอนกลางคืน พอถึง 6 โมงเช้าก็ยังได้ยินเสียงทีวีจากห้องข้างๆ สรุปได้ว่าการเก็บเสียงระหว่างห้องนั้นแย่มาก ฉันจึงอยากให้ทางโรงแรมใส่ใจความสะดวกสบายของแขกให้มากขึ้น ขอบคุณค่ะ

Dari luar kyk kecil htl nya, klo uda masuk ternyata kamar buanyak bangett. Lift nya besar. TV AC oke, air panas toilet tdk nyala. Pintu kamar kyk ada cela, jadi keliatan klo diintip dari luar. Deket rsj menur. Lumayan buat istirahat bentar.

Good location near river and Tunjungan plaza which is a massive mall and loads of places to eat including food courts. Clothing especially from Indonesian stores are good value. Hotel very clean and comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom little small in family room but good to have separate seating area with more space. Breakfast not bad not loads of options but perfectly fine. NB: very very steep hill to get to front entrance which is near impossible for a taxi to climb with a turn as well.

อาหารเช้าไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ต์ตามสั่ง ค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังเพราะเมนูมีแต่ข้าวผัด โดยทั่วไปค่อนข้างดีในราคานี้

Simple hotel room with lovely staff. The hotel lists a pool and hot tub as amenities however it is one and the same. It’s okay if you just want to cool off in the pool water or play but not suitable for swimming.

Old hotel but well maintained. Rooms r huge n clean n the ac is very cold n i like it. The only minus thing is that the tv channel , no Hbo/Cinemax. Breakfast not much variety but taste ok. Staff r very helpful. Recommend fr this hotel.
