I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

We stay here every other month. Everything is excellent. Their Salt & Pepper restaurant has amazing food. It is 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. Calbayog is perfectly situated for a hop flight of about an hour to Manila or Cebu.

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

ห้องสะอาดดี ค่อนข้างใหญ่ ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือลิฟต์อยู่ระหว่างการบํารุงรักษา แต่นั่นเป็นความไม่สะดวกเพียงอย่างเดียว โอ้เช็คอินเวลา 16.00 น มันหยาบมากเพราะฉันมีลูกและถูกบังคับให้นั่งในห้างสรรพสินค้าเป็นเวลา 4 ชั่วโมง ไม่เข้าใจเวลาเช็คอิน ไม่อย่างนั้นฉันชอบห้องจริง ๆ และจะใช้โรงแรมอีกครั้งหากจําเป็น

the bad thing we stayed for 3 nights,we had the Matrimonial room,the worst hotel room we ever stayed, no window,no refrigerator the room have smell like sewage,and its feels like we are in isolated room, we have to open the door day and night because of the smell,we told the receptionest when we left hoping they.ve done something about it,so no one else can experience,what we had experienced, the room has no lift so i suggest don't bring lots of luggage. the good thing, location is great,just walking distance to almost everything, service with the smile, free breakfast, we wont be coming back though.

We stayed at Go Hotels for three days, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the things we really loved was the location. The hotel is conveniently located right beside Robinsons Mall, so it was very easy for us to buy food, shop, and get whatever we needed without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Go Hotels. The cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and convenient location made our three-day stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would gladly stay here again! ❤️

We had a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. They made us feel well looked after and were always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. Our stay was really good, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that The dining is not exactly pwd friendly. It’s also not enough. The cafe is not available to sit at. The tissue is not good quality.

Room is clean and service is good , breakfast is nice. Staff are helpful and accommodating.
