เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีที่จะใช้จ่ายเพราะอยู่ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้าขนาดใหญ่และโบสถ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเป็นไปตามราคา

The services is ok but they forget to put towel on our room but yet its ok they are aproachable and sad to say we cannot taste the food cause we check in so earlyer maybe nextime we try.

เพิ่งเปิด ทุกอย่างสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย และฉันก็มีความสุขในการเข้าพัก ที่แนะนำ. ปัญหาคือเพิ่งเปิดและคนขับแท็กซี่ไม่รู้ว่าอยู่ที่ไหน ทางเข้าต้องผ่านร้านแมคโดนัลด์แบบขับรถผ่าน แต่ยากที่จะบอกว่านี่เป็นครั้งแรกของคุณหรือไม่ ร้านสะดวกซื้อคือ 7-Eleven ภายในโรงพยาบาลข้าง ๆ แต่ไม่มีขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ McDonald's, Jollibee, ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านขายยาอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่นาที มีร้านอาหารไม่กี่แห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง โรงแรมในกลุ่มนี้ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกหรือตู้เย็น

The hotel is in walking distance of the center and people's park. They have friendly and helpful personell. The breakfast and evening buffet was delicious. There are a lot of Philippine dishes in the buffet. My room was spacious and comfortable. There is an outside pool of good size next to a bar. The problem with the pool is, that like some hotels in Asia, there is far too much chlorine inside the pool. As I was swimming there, I became problems with the skin and the lips because of too much acid caused by too much chlorine in the water.

การเช็คอินเป็นเรื่องง่ายและที่ตั้งก็อยู่ใกล้สนามบินมาก! ด้วยราคาที่ไม่แพง ห้องพักที่มีกาต้มน้ำก็ถือว่าดีพอและมีตู้กดน้ำให้ด้วยซึ่งสำหรับฉันแล้วเป็นข้อดีอย่างมาก! ขอบคุณพนักงานที่รักษาห้องพักและสถานที่ให้สะอาดและน่าอยู่

I had a very comfortable and convenient stay at this condo bed spacer. The place is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the privacy curtain and personal storage space. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were both strong, and the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) were regularly cleaned. The location is perfect — close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The host/landlord was very responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for students, young professionals, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly but decent place to stay in the city!

The front desks, room services and security guards  were friendly and accommodating. Hope to return back to this hotel when in Davao.

Its a nice place,staffs are very helpful and accommodating,over all i love staying there,for suggestion lang sna palitan nyo ng mas lighter yong background n logo niya kse hindi sya halos nkikita mahihirapan ka mahanap agad yong building lalo n pag gabi.yong lng nman po pero satisfied kmi ng asawa ko while staying there 😊
