โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในลอมบาร์ดี อิตาลี

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับไชน่าทาวน์มากซึ่งสะดวกสำหรับการทานอาหารจีนแต่ราคาแพงมาก ฉันสั่งโอเด้งหลายจานในราคา 16 ยูโร ซึ่งไม่ดีเท่าร้านอาหารจีนแห่งอื่นในมิลาน หนุ่มอิตาลีที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก หลังจากเช็คอิน เขาก็พาเราไปที่ห้องพักและแนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับรูมเซอร์วิส ห้องพักในโรงแรมเล็กไปหน่อยและฝักบัวใช้งานไม่ได้ดี แต่อย่างอื่นก็โอเคซึ่งค่อนข้างดีในยุโรป

Top location. Old and facinated building with a lot of history and appeal.  Being a classic old Italian palace..do not expect moder facilities neither great service. The structure has objective limits...BUT we overall enjoyed the experience.   We asked for upgrade and we got a junior suite. The room was spacious and well exposed on the two faces of the building.

One of thr Best service from Marriott hotels that we visit. Reception is helpful and concierge is caring. Must guard surrounding with security to avoid any negative experience

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี แต่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจำกัด สระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งปิดค่อนข้างเร็ว และบางวันก็ปิดเพื่อจัดงานส่วนตัวในช่วงที่เราเข้าพัก ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างดี เดินไปยัง Duomo ประมาณ 15 นาที พนักงานบริการเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม คุณภาพโดยรวมของโรงแรม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความสม่ำเสมอ และประสบการณ์ไม่ได้เทียบเท่ากับเครือโรงแรมชั้นนำระดับ 5 ดาวอื่นๆ

Очень красивое место в горах, какой там воздух🤍 Отель безумно красивый. Да, номера не сильно новые и дизайн возможно устревший, но это придает ему шарм. Ресторан, где проходит завтрак это что-то нереальное. Завтрак вкусный. Термы, которые включены в проживание тоже великолепны. Happy hour по записи, тоже включен в проживание - подают закуски, небольшой шведский стол, игристое, пиво, алкогольный и безалкогольный коктейль. Спасибо отелю, за наш отдых. Мечтаю вернуться🙏

All amenities were great and rooms were good, just that the location is near a subway station, and staying on the first floor, the subway could be heard everytime. Gym was quite small too.

Staying for weekend with my sister in Milano and really good location and nice room with bathtubs that we did enjoy a lot! And the gym in the basement is also nice place to stay if you like to have some training during business trip

很老錢的酒店，對標差不多上海波特曼吧。 設施已經很有年代感了，早餐很好，床品舒適，衞生間很漂亮！ 美中不足：酒店大堂的香薰太香了有稍許刺鼻，房間沒有香味，有點地毯的味道，老公進去打了噴嚏。 晚上睡覺空調管道里蛐蛐在叫，酒店道歉且我們也明白實在抓不到。但還好，這蛐蛐很聰明，衹要老公一説話或者一起身他就不叫了…

La struttura è collocata in un contesto molto caratteristico. Gli interni e gli arredi sono curati. L’accesso alla spa dall’ hotel è molto comodo e la spa è assolutamente meritevole. Il buffet della colazione è ricco di alimenti sani e di qualità. Il servizio della colazione è perfetto. Purtroppo l edificio risente molto delle infiltrazioni di pioggia. Sicuramente da sistemare ( alcuni corridoi durante la pioggia si allagano letteralmente) . La parte di residenza dei castagni ( una sorta di dependance dell hotel ) è assolutamente scomoda da raggiungere e la camera era fredda. Tutto promosso tranne la camera per queste ragioni.
