We had such a lovely stay at Samosir villa resort that we extended with 2 more days. The place has a amazing location. Great staff and a very good restaurant. I would definatly recommend staying Here.

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมนี้อยู่ใกล้กับมหาวิทยาลัยยูเอสยู (USU) และห้างสรรพสินค้าต่างๆ ฉันชอบการต้อนรับของที่นี่ พนักงานทำความสะอาดทำความสะอาดห้องพักทุกวัน และเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ใหม่ทุกวัน เมนูอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างจำกัด และเครื่องดื่มมีแค่กาแฟ ชา น้ำเปล่า และน้ำส้มคั้นทุกวัน ไวไฟเร็ว ห้องพักมาตรฐานราคาประหยัดค่อนข้างเล็กและพักได้แค่ 2 คน หากต้องการพาเด็กๆ มาด้วย โปรดจองห้องพักที่ใหญ่กว่า หากคุณกำลังมองหาโรงแรมราคาประหยัดในเมดานที่ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลและบริการที่ดี ฉันคิดว่าโรงแรมบาติกเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุด ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอนในอนาคต

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

Hotel nya nyaman. Bersih, pgawai ramah, dan makanan enk2. Syang nya ank2 gbsa berenang karna kolam renang lg dperbaiki.

Lokasi Kamarnya tidak begitu cocok untuk kita yang membawa lansia dikarenakan lokasi kamar tidak terkoneksi langsung ke lobby hotel dan harus melalui naik turun tangga manual untuk menuju ke kamar. Jika cuaca hujan juga akan memusingkan kita untuk keluar dari kamar hotel. View nya bagus! Hanya Toiletnya saja yang bau.

The service was good, one highlight to afternoon staff, when I approach the counter for check in, there is one one man came to reception in the middle of my registration and asking about the room availability, I expect the staff will say, can I get back to you? let me handle her first, but instead he check the room availability on the different system beside mine. At last he handled me. He might be only make sure that there is room vacant, but you can only focus on who come first and then you can move on to another, after all its accor brand. Overall experience the room is clean, the bathroom very god and clean. Will be back for sure 

ห้องพักพื้นฐาน แต่สะอาด (ไม่สะดวกสบาย) ทําเลยุทธศาสตร์สามารถเดินไปยัง Plaza Medan Fair และสถานีขนส่ง Damri ไปยัง / สนามบิน Kuala Namu Kakiku นวดอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่ก้าว อาหารเช้าเรียบง่าย แต่เพียงพอ
