All over good but, restaurant food is not very nice and have not get the room which i booked online . I have payed for balcony room which have a sea view as well but ended up staying in a normal delux room. Washroom doesn’t have good supply of water.

實際上酒店不叫Royal Tunbridge Wells 而是 Premier Inn Royal Tunbridge Wells ，攜程標題應該是寫錯了，不過這次入住酒店的體驗真的太棒了！酒店位置絕佳，就在鎮中心，無論是去火車站還是逛著名的步行街 The Pantiles 都非常方便，周圍的公園和劇院也近在咫尺。 酒店坐落在一棟非常有特色的建築裏，前身是一個法院（Merevale House），經過現代化的改造，內部設施非常新。我們的房間既時尚又舒適，床特別舒服，一夜安睡。儘管地處中心位置，但房間裏卻非常安靜，隔音效果很好。房間打掃得一塵不染，還配有空調和給力的淋浴設施。 酒店自有的 Thyme 餐廳也值得稱讚，我們在這裏享用了美味的晚餐，早餐的選擇也很豐富，味道很棒，為新的一天注入了滿滿的活力。 最重要的是，酒店的每一位員工都非常友好和樂於助人，讓我們的住宿體驗更加愉快。 總而言之，這是一次無可挑剔的住宿。無論是地理位置、硬件設施還是服務，這家 Premier Inn 都做得非常出色。

Great hotel conveniently located in the heart of ashford town centre. Only negative was their queen beds are not true to size. But overall great experience. Thanks

Hi. I stay in the King Charles hotel every week and believe it to be the best accommodation in the area in terms of value for money and room comfort by a long way. The rooms are warm, and clean, as are the showers. The breakfast is tasty with super service and the reception and bar staff are all friendly and helpful. Car parking is also generally fairly easily. All good, a home from from home. Thankyou King Charles hotel.

A standard Premier Inn... room was clean and modern, the rest of the hotel a little tired but for the price and what I expected it was totally fine. An easy stroll into Canterbury, but you do need to walk through an underpass which some people may find problematic esp. late at night, but I am sure it's safe. WiFi is throttled to encourage you to upgrade... not a fan of this.

Definitely highly recommended : tucked away and yet near amenities (large Tesco, Mc Donald’s and large selection of other food options from Uber). There is also a restaurant within the hotel - nice menu.  Hotel itself is spotless all around (smells nice). Effortless check in and check out. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than expected. String WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly (£30 per pet). Ample parking but not free (unless included in room).

We have stayed here before. This time we found the room disappointing as the mattress was soft and bowed like a banana. The associated restaurant ”Table Table” was in need of a serious makeover, not upgraded since our last visit about 8 years ago. We know it's a budget hotel the experience fell short. It's a shame because the there is so much potential.

A good stop over for one night. Basic but clean and relatively quiet. Service station is undergoing renovation so McDonalds was closed and very little food option there. However WH Smiths sell a couple of curry type microwave dinners and there is a microwave in the main service area. Also a Costa coffee.

We stayed at George hotel for one week and one thing to highlight is … very very run down , rooms require complete refurbishment . We was married at this hotel 10 years ago and was superb and also had an 18th and 65th birthday celebrations 7 years ago which was also superb . We understand there is new owners who don’t seem to want to invest in the property 😡. One great point is that Katie from management made our stay bearable 😉 if it wasn’t for her we would’ve moved to another hotel . Can not recommend this hotel .
