โรงแรมนี้เป็นเซอร์ไพรส์ที่วิเศษมาก! ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ติดกับย่านเมืองเก่า เดินไม่ถึงสิบนาทีก็ถึง แถมยังเดินไปห้างสรรพสินค้าได้สะดวกอีกด้วย! โรงแรมใหม่และมีสไตล์ ให้ความรู้สึกแบบสแกนดิเนเวียอย่างชัดเจน เรียบง่ายมาก และบริการเป็นแบบบริการตัวเองทั้งหมด คุณต้องนำแปรงสีฟันมาเอง แต่ทางโรงแรมมีเจลอาบน้ำและแชมพูให้ ชั้นล่างมีคาเฟ่น่ารักๆ แขกจะได้รับส่วนลด 10% เมื่อแสดงบัตรห้องพัก นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารดีๆ ใกล้ๆ โรงแรมอีกด้วย มีขนมปัง ขนมหวาน และกาแฟอร่อยๆ ให้เลือกทาน ด้านหลังโรงแรมเลียบชายฝั่ง มีห้างสรรพสินค้าและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ และท่าเรือก็อยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงสิบนาที เรือที่จะไปฟินแลนด์และสวีเดนก็ออกจากที่นี่! ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ แต่มีตัวเลือกน้อยมากเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ส่วนตัวผมว่าโอเคเลย ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างขวางสำหรับหนึ่งคน มีทีวี ไดร์เป่าผม ไม้แขวนเสื้อ และตู้เย็นในห้อง ซึ่งค่อนข้างดี ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำในห้อง แต่ผมยืมมาจากแผนกต้อนรับ พนักงานบริการโอเค มีซาวน่าแบบตุรกีและแบบฟินแลนด์ให้เลือกใช้ด้วย โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา

Cheap and close to Tram Station. A 15min walk to the Ferry Terminal D if you’re going to and from Helsinki. Room is clean and cozy. There is a kitchenette if you want to cook food. Water heater is also available if you want coffee or tea. No breakfast available.

โรงแรมไม่ค่อยสะอาด

Just within the centre of the old town. Nice clean room. Easy to commute everywhere. Lots of interesting places around. The front desk staff are extremely professional and great helpers. I had an early morning flight, when I informed the front desk staff, she arranged a breakfast takeaway package. This was so kind of Her. I will definitely stay here.

Although the room size is a little bit cozy than expected, the staff provided additional services for us who are sick, e.g. extra blankets, kettle, and supported us in bus arrangement. Only concern is that we have booked a room for two people, the room is in rectangular design which do not have enough space for us to open two suitcases at the same time.

Location is not bad as it is near to the main attraction in Tallinn. It's also walkable from the Ferry Terminal; actually it makes more sense to walk than to take public transport there. Just a bit of a hassle if you have big baggage with you. The hotel is pretty basic, but very impressed by how advanced it is with online check-in and electronic keys. I was just surprised that I was not allowed to use the gym because my 'package' did not include gym access and additional charges would be required. There's also no water boiler or dispenser in the hotel; they say the tap water is safe for consumption.
