บริการอบอุ่นและอาหารเช้าเยี่ยม แม้จะอยู่ไกลจากตัวเมือง แต่มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ 2 แห่งอยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรมซึ่งสะดวกต่อการช้อปปิ้ง ที่พักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย แม้ว่าจะเป็นกุญแจประตูแบบเก่า แต่ความรู้สึกปลอดภัยก็ยังเพียงพอ

The hotel is clean and new and serves purpose of a stay before or after a flight as a transit hotel. Do note that the location is about 4 km away from the airport and therefore you have to take a taxi

Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors. The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊 No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, die Lage am See ist schön, direkt Infrastruktur in Form von Geschäften, anderen Restaurants,… ist fußläufig nicht vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist schön. Der Service ist jedoch mangelhaft bzw. unorganisiert. Folgende Punkte sind uns negativ aufgefallen: Wir kamen als Gruppe mit 2 Hunden. Trotz vorheriger Anmeldung und Zusage / Absprache waren keinerlei Hundenäpfe oder vergleichbare Dinge auf den Zimmern vorhanden. Im Restaurant dürfen die Hunde nicht sein, das ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Die Rezeption sagte uns, wir sollten im Restaurant Bescheid sagen, um für unsere größere Gruppe plus 2 Hunde dann eine Reservierung auf der Terrasse oder in der Lobby vorzunehmen. Das Restaurant nahm am Vorabend den Zettel entgegen mit konkreter Zeit. Am nächsten Morgen war nichts reserviert und wir erhielten die Info morgens im Restaurant, dass generell keine Reservierung vorgenommen wird. Bei einer 8-köpfigen Truppe ist das unbefriedigend, grade dann, wenn aufgrund der Gruppengröße und Hunde nicht alle Bereiche genutzt werden dürfen. Das Publikum im Hotel ist sehr gemischt. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt. Außer der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage (16 Euro pro Nacht) gibt es keine befestigten Parkplätze in der Nähe. Man kann an dem Waldweg auf dem Grünstreifen parken, die Parkplätze sind aber im Sommer aufgrund des nahen Sees meist belegt. Der Wunsch, nahe beieinander liegende Zimmer zu erhalten, konnte vom Hotel nicht erfüllt werden, wir waren in unterschiedlichen Häusern untergebracht. Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen oder eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung sucht man vergeblich auf dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Der Service im Restaurant ist ok, Trinken für die Hunde gab es nicht, die GetränkeKarten am Nachmittag haben wir uns selbst organisiert und dann an der Kasse im Restaurant Bescheid gesagt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Frisches Obst, Rührei und Pancakes findet man auch. Insgesamt für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber kein Highlight. Für einen Urlaub würden wir nicht buchen, für eine Nacht zur Erkundung, Termine oder Durchreise eventuell wieder.

Ich stehe eigentlich auf solche Hotels. Mehr braucht man zum Schlafen nicht. Das Hotel ist noch neu. Das Zimmer war schön und gut ausgestattet. Mangel war die Heizung. Die Zimmer werden über die Klimaanlage beheizt. Das Bad besitzt keine Heizung. Wir hatten das Zimmer über der Durchfahrt. Das Bad war unterirdisch kalt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Auf Nachfrage an der sporadisch besetzten Rezeption wurde gesagt, dies müsste angefordert werden. Das Frühstück habe ich mir angesehen. Nicht mein Ding. Für den Preis kann man außerhalb besser frühstücken. Fazit: Wenn der Preis stimmt komme ich gerne wieder.

We stayed only for a night, but service was very good and friendly. Rooms super clean with a good view, no noise at night in the backyard rooms. Price was also good and breakfast included and a good amount of choices. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book this again when in Potsdam. All the old town and centeal things up to Sans Soussi are walkable as well.

Good hotel for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. The location is convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and without any issues. The hotel is practical, quiet, and well suited for a business trip. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for the price.

Ottima sistemazione a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto. Hotel nuovo o quasi, la nostra era una camera family da quattro molto spaziosa, pulitissima, con due televisori e molto comoda. Eccellente! Ci sono due-tre ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber, gutes Frühstück, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, für uns genial für eine Vorübernachtung, nah am Flughafen, lustige Gastronomie mit Roboterbedienung gleich nebenan. Wir kommen im Sommer mit Enkel gerne für ein paar Tage wieder
