Brilliant hotel! Central location, parking near by and helpful with locations and maps. The room was excellent, super clean, modern, tea and coffee facilities. Cocktails on the bar with snacks in the evening was lovely. Breakfast was fab! Kids loved the make your own waffle station! Definitely recommend this hotel! No faults at all!

Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

We hebben deze kamer geboekt met z’n 3en. De locatie van het hotel was super! We gingen met de tram naar Opera en liepen een minuut of 3 en waren bij het hotel. Het hotel biedt ook een parking aan echter was het te druk om Antwerpen binnen te komen waardoor we op een (gratis) P+R stonden geparkeerd buiten de stad. We waren onder indruk van de binnenkomst, het zag er luxueus uit. Het inchecken verliep voorspoedig. De liften waren kapot waardoor we er maar 1 van de 2 konden gebruiken. Hierdoor moesten we lang wachten. De family kamer was ruim en zag er mooi en schoon uit. We hadden geen mooi uitzicht. Opvallend was dat het water wat in de kamer stond 6,- koste. Dit vonden we nogal duur. De minibar was gevuld. Hier moest je ook voor betalen. 2 cupjes koffie waren inbegrepen in de kamer, voor de overigen moesten we ook betalen. We zijn niet gewend dat je zelfs voor de koffie en het water moet betalen. De kamer had wel wat bijzonderheden. Het kraantje was niet logisch. Je kon niet gemakkelijk handen wassen. Daarnaast liep het douche water niet goed door. Dit resulteerde in veel water in de badkamer en ook in de kamer zelf nadat 3 volwassenen hebben gedoucht. We hebben aan de housemaids extra handdoeken gevraagd en deze gelukkig gekregen zodat we het droog konden maken. Het was ook jammer dat er nog gereclameerd werd in de lift en met een soort folder op de receptie over het rooftop restaurant terwijl deze niet open was in verband met vakantie. Op het papier dat we meekregen van de receptie stond wel vermeld dat het restaurant dicht was. We hadden een late check out. Er werd ons bij het inchecken verteld dat we ons pas om 14:00 uur hoefden uit te checken. We werden rond 12:00 uur wakker gebeld door de receptie dat de check out om 11:00 uur was. Wij vertelden dat we een late check out hadden waarna de receptionist aangaf ‘bedankt voor het doorgeven’. Dit was erg jammer. Het uit checken was prima echter werd ons niet gevraagd hoe we het verblijf hebben ervaren. Hierdoor hebben we bovenstaande niet meegedeeld aan het hotel zelf.

สภาพแวดล้อมดีมากสามารถมองเห็นได้เมื่อออกจากสถานีรถไฟ (เดินผ่านกลางพื้นดินเมื่อออกจากสถานี) จริง ๆ แล้วห้องดีกว่าในรูปค่ะ ถ่ายรูปในโรงแรมไม่ค่อยดี (ถึงจะได้ผลเหมือนกันทุกคนก็ตาม) การบริการก็ดีมาก สแกนรหัส QR แล้วโรงแรมจะส่งอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำที่คุณไม่ได้นำติดตัวไปด้วย

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมใกล้กับสถานี Antwerpen Centraal รถบัส รถราง และ Meir! การมีห้องครัวขนาดเล็กที่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครันช่วยประหยัดเงินในการรับประทานอาหารนอกบ้าน - อาจมีราคาแพงมาก ร้านขายของชำอยู่ห่างออกไป 2-3 ช่วงตึก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการซักรีดในสถานที่ได้รับการชื่นชมอย่างมาก เตียงนอนสบาย. ความสะอาดมีมาตรฐานดี เคยมาพักที่นี่มาก่อนและจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนในการเยี่ยมชมแอนต์เวิร์ปครั้งต่อไป

แอร์เสียมั้ยคะ ยกเว้น(ใช้ไม่ได้เพราะอะไร) หาข้อเสียไม่ได้เลย ยังไงก็ใกล้สถานีผมไม่มีบ่นเรื่องสถานที่ แน่นอน น้ําบริการและตู้เย็น เก้าอี้เยอะ โต๊ะเยอะ และปลั๊กหลายจุด ตู้เสื้อผ้าเรียบร้อย มีไม้แขวนเสื้อเยอะ อยากไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Personale eccellente.. sorridente e molto disponibile! Molto gradito macchina del caffè acqua e biscottini alla reception Camera molto grande , ma nel complesso un po’ datata.. bagno con vasca .. molto scomodo.. sicuramente da rivedere! Ultima notte in bianco … per le zanzare!!!! Posizione molto buona.. non distante dal centro e da ristoranti consigliati!

Amazing hotel friendly staff kids was very happy everything very good very good area easy to find the hotel and it’s near to Petrol pump easy you can get what you need. 5 star for hotel management service and staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square. I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh. Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends. In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival. Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.
