The area from Governors Harbour to North Palmetto point is the most spectacular and sought after stretch on the island, with gorgeous pink sand beaches, amazing reefs and great restaurants and cafes. You can walk from the house to Tippy’s restaurant along the beach.The house is set in 1 acre of native, tropical vegetation, which creates privacy. The private pool is 24 x 12 feet, with a constant 4 foot depth, ideal for swimming or just relaxing after a day at the beach. 1800 sq feet of spacious decks, both covered and uncovered, allow for sunbathing, enjoying the ocean views, outdoor dining, or relaxing by the pool. The entire property is exclusively rented to you, with no other renters or owners on the property. Elegantly furnished throughout, the house is inverted, with the great room and kitchen on the upper floor allowing wonderful views and breezes in the main living space.
