The place was very nice, clean room every day, restaurant staff was excellent, I had surgery and they took care of any request, very good stay, only thing missing is a bit of activities or an additional restaurant.

ห้องสวีทกว้างขวางและสะอาดสะอ้าน เตียงขนาดใหญ่สะดวกสบายมากและมีผ้าปูที่นอนคุณภาพสูง ฝักบัวอาบน้ําดีมากมีน้ําร้อนและผ้าเช็ดตัวขนาดใหญ่ WiFi เพียงพอ อาหารเช้าดีมากและมีตัวเลือกที่ดี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและเป็นมืออาชีพมาก เมื่อเรากลับมาจากการเดินทางสั้น ๆ กับเพื่อน ๆ นอกโบโกตาเราวางแผนที่จะกลับไปที่ Tequendama และอยู่อีกต่อไป

J’ai été très déçue par l’accueil de cet hôtel. La dame au comptoir était peut réceptive. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Si vous voulez vous reposer entre deux vols ce n’est pas l’hôtel adapté ; on entend le décollage des avions et les gens qui parlent dans le couloir en pleine nuit. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le restaurant à la carte ne vaut pas son prix. Ne prenez pas le déjeuner à l’hôtel.

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.

酒店最令人滿意的是安全性。酒店門口這條街直通玻利瓦爾廣場，隔一條街就是路麪地攤什麼的，單單酒店門口這段，沒有地攤沒有賣藝人，沒有無家可歸者。巷子前後都有警察圍欄受着。 酒店早餐不錯，有熱開水，在殖民印記的庭院，氛圍不錯。 唯一不足的是，房間設施有些成舊。裝飾風格老派。 房價有些小貴（連住3晚，有一晚八百多元）。

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Muy buen hotel, muy cerca del aeropuerto y bien comunicado. Ya nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces, y el personal siempre nos ayuda... En esta ocasión, pudimos hacer early check in en la mañana.... Otra veces ha sido late check out... Siempre ponen.lo.mejor para que la estancia sea maravillosa

剛來的晚上，可能沒有空房，隨便安排了一間，但是沒有水，不過前台幫忙安排了熱水，有一個大堂經理很好，中國體質來這邊，怕冷了，小暖風扇給安排上，並且第二天給換了一個更好的房間。然後插排壞掉了，他們沒有辦法修好，拿了兩個插線台板，早餐也還可以，也有熱水。
