Everything was good except for the fact that the only reason we booked the hotel was because of the outdoor pool on the top floor, since it’s the only one of its kind in Zagreb. Nowhere did it say that the pool would be closed when we made the booking. What compensation did we receive? Access to a pool at another hotel. The problem was that those pools were indoors. After several complaints and calls to Trip.com, we received 15% of the booking fee back. In my opinion, that was not sufficient, but it is what it is. Everything else was fine.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

Good location. Good services and facilities. The hotel is new and user friendly. I will recommend to my friend to book this hotel. The food at the restaurant is delicious and not expensive.

the hotel is so clean, big room, good breakfast, serve halal food as well. but the location is a bit far from the old town. overall its good hotel

Hilton is a famous hotel but i met the poor services : 1-I book 3 days hotel on Aug 9-12,2025. But i cancel booking on aug 6-9,2025 due to paper error and your sides has already cancelled on mid May.However, if you have any queries, you can discuss with me on the first day.But the hotel staff find me in the evening on the third day . How can i enough time to find and solve it. It maybe definitely effected my trip at that time. 2-No cleaning lady come to my room cleaning and tidy up at the second and third day. 3-I borrowed the computer adapter from the male reception staff in the evening but he said no. However, i can borrow from the female supervisor on next day. Why??? This is my unhappy trip

很舊，還能住！千萬注意前台會亂收費，明明已經在攜程上交完錢了，寫明包括所有稅費，前台又是希望你付押金，又是要再付城市稅！我看過點評根本不敢付押金，結果交了城市稅，還得通過攜程要求退回來！現在離開了一天了還沒有退回來呢！！！？

자그레브 여행을 준비하며 친구의 강력한 추천으로 이곳을 예약했습니다. 친구가 꼭 한 번 묵어보라고 극찬해서 기대가 컸는데, 마침 할인 혜택이 있어 비교적 합리적인 가격에 예약할 수 있었지만 역시 5성급 호텔이라 기본 가격은 꽤 높았습니다. 일단 위치는 정말 완벽했습니다. 시내 중심에 있어 주요 관광지까지 걸어서 쉽게 이동할 수 있어 매우 편리했고, 특히 저녁에 산책하며 주변의 아름다운 야경을 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들의 친절함과 서비스 태도는 매우 인상적이었어요. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 프론트 직원들의 세심한 배려와 친절한 응대 덕분에 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 하지만 가장 기대했던 조식은 솔직히 실망스러웠습니다. 친구가 조식이 특별하다고 해서 2인 기준 10만 원(1인당 5만 원)을 추가 지불했는데, 메뉴가 다양하고 신선하긴 했지만 추가 비용에 비해 특별한 가치가 있었는지 의문이었습니다. 호텔 내부는 우아하고 고풍스러웠지만, 개인적으로는 고급스럽다기보다는 그냥 오래된 느낌이 강했습니다. 객실의 창문 여는 방식은 클래식하고 독특했지만, 낡은 창틀 등 시설이 낡은 부분들이 눈에 띄었습니다. 욕실도 현대적인 시설이라기보다는 오래된 분위기였는데, 취향에 따라 매력적일 수도 있겠지만 제게는 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 역시 위치로, 여행객들에게는 최상의 조건입니다. 하지만 같은 가격이라면 주변의 4성급 호텔 스위트룸에서 좀 더 쾌적한 경험을 할 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 전통적인 분위기를 중시하는 여행자라면 한번쯤 경험해볼 만하지만, 저는 다음에 자그레브에 다시 온다면 다른 옵션을 고려할 것 같습니다.

ประทับใจกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรม The Westin Zagreb มาก ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและมีทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ แถมยังมองเห็นวิวเมืองที่สวยงาม พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตรมาก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยและมีตัวเลือกหลากหลาย ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ได้ง่าย จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!

โรงแรมนี้อยู่ในสวนสาธารณะ ข้างๆ เป็นโรงบําบัดขยะ อยู่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง ระหว่างสนามบินและใจกลางเมือง มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่อยู่ตรงข้าม ถ้ามีรถสะดวก ห้องเล็ก ไม่มีน้ําดื่ม เพื่อส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อม กระดาษทิชชู่ไม่เพิ่มเมื่อใช้ เพื่อความเป็นกันเอง ของใช้ในห้องเป็นรีไซเคิล อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบยุโรป ผลไม้เยอะ โรงแรมนี้เหมาะกับกิจกรรมทางธุรกิจ

Большой номер по площади, очень красивое фойе. Разнообразный завтрак. Парковка перед зданием отеля, но ключи придется оставить на рецепциии.
