Hotel Capital

We were a group of 11 friends staying at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday in April. We have been to many hotels, but we have never stayed in a nicer, better and friendlier hotel and have never received better service. Both at the reception, in the restaurant and in general. The rooms are large, the beds are good, the bathroom spacious and the cleaning is top notch. I/we can only give Capital Hotel our best recommendations and we will come back for sure. A special thanks to Luka at the reception for unique service and for helping us to buy football tickets.

Great hotel! Staff was extremely friendly, very clean, rooms are big and well decorated, beds amazingly comfortable! Proper 5* hotel in the heart of Zagreb. Would highly recomend and will be back. Slight room for improvement would be the breakfast, it has a bit of everything and they've tried but wasn't amazing. Super hotel neverthless.

We stayed at the Amadria Park Hotel Capital twice on our trip, and both times just really enjoyed the experience: a warm welcome (with a glass of champagne!), help with all the minor challenges of driving a rental car in a foreign country and a strange city and then of getting off at the crack of dawn for our flight home, and a generous and tasty breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable and nicely appointed, and the views from our windows inevitably fascinating. Would we return? In a heartbeat!

Very well located at the border of the upper town but within short walking distance of the main points of interest; good size of the room, good cleaning, very good breakfast, and really nice staff. I would come back again to visit zagreb if i had the chance.

I was hosted mid of March and really enjoyed the stay. Loacation - a former bank refurbished preserving some original element gives a unique flavour to the place. Service was excellent, rooms very clean only when trans starts to operate is a bit noisy.

The hotel is lovely. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is central to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On our first night our receptionist (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He stood out, he was so good. He continued to be helpful throughout our stay. I just wished we could have stayed longer.

I had an excellent stay at Amadria Park Hotel Capital, Zagreb from 20-121st Feb 2024. The service, staff, rooms, facilities, hospitality and general location were all 5 star. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you. Highly recommend.

There are so many good things to stay about this place I have broken it down into categories. The area. Hotel capital could not be more conveniently situated to the main square where you can find many cosmopolitan eateries and bars where the food is great and the people are super friendly. The Hotel room. Absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The rain shower was amazing first thing in the morning after stepping out of the unbelievably comfortable super king size bed. Last but certainly not least: The hotel staff. I have left this part of my review until last because this is where this hotel really excells. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like we were old friends. Bruno checked us in while we were drinking complimentary champagne which was most welcomed. He was a minefield of information on the local areas and the best places to eat. He was extremely proffesional and super friendly throughout our stay as were all the staff that we met, from front of house to the bar and restaraunt staff to the housekeeper. The level of friendliness and proffessionalism I have to say I have never personally experienced in a hotel before, it is that good. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel valued and comfortable. Patrick also kindly offered to show us the vault in this old bank which was a really cool experience, thank you patrick! I spent just one night in this hotel during a business trip and the experience was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located next to the historical centre, if one feels like taking a stroll in the free time, and although it is in a pedestrian area, the car valet arranges everything so that it is possible to arrive literally in front of the entrance without fine. The rooms are superb and evoke the imperial past of the capital. Common areas are very cosy and the breakfast is as complete and top quality as it is supposed to be in a hotel this rate. The staff is the proper mix of friendliness and professionality.
