We chose Hotel Stein because of the location and beautiful view from the hotel room. It has a nice rooftop bar and restaurant Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We wanted to visit Designer Premium Outlet and they guided us on map, directions to board the bus. One of the front desk lady even offered to give us a slip of paper to exchange for discount vouchers at the premium outlet. Rooms were new, clean and updated. Nice lounge area at the ground floor lobby.
깜빡하고 숙소 사진을 못 찍었는데 화면에 보이는 사진과 똑같아요!! 유럽여행 많이 다녀봤는데 숙소에 한국산 쿠쿠밥솥이 있는 숙소는 처음이예요ㅎㅎ 덕분에 아주 맛있게 밥을 해먹을 수 있었습니다. 식기와 조리도구들도 넘 깨끗하고 다양했고, 조미료도 진열장 가득 있었는데 못해먹을 요리가 없겠더라구요. 침대도 슈퍼싱글 2개.더블1개 있었는데 매트리스가 넓고 적당히 푹신해서 꿀잠잤네요. 수건도 넉넉히 주시고 보송보송해서 기분좋았어요. 세탁기는 건조기능도 있어서 두시간만에 빨래에서 건조까지 다 마칠 수 있었어요. 일정상 하루밖에 못 묵는게 아쉬울 정도로 완벽한 숙소예요. 렌트카로 잘츠감머굿 여행하는 사람에겐 최고의 숙소가 되지 않을까 싶습니다.
Near train station and bus stops, nice restaurants nearby, also a supermarket at the corner of the street. Overall very convenient. Room bit small and dim. Very appreciate of the small treats at lobby and friendly staff.

EEissa ShamiyehI have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!!

Eevery14meWe stayed in a Signature Suite with a balcony that offered a magnificent view. The room was exceptional—beautifully maintained, well-managed, and impeccably clean. However, I believe the concierge service could benefit from better organization.
The night before, I placed an in-room breakfast order for the following morning using the tablet provided in the room. Unfortunately, after waiting over 15 minutes the next morning with no food delivered, I contacted the concierge. It appeared that my order had not been properly received. I was told the meal would arrive within 10 minutes, but after another 15-minute wait and several follow-up calls, the breakfast that eventually arrived was not what I had ordered. Regrettably, I had to decline the meal.
I hope the service process can be improved to match the otherwise excellent experience.
