Great Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!
It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place
The hotel is really great, nice lobby, big room, nice and clean toilet, I would recommend every one to book it, the only downside is you have to pay the parking and it's expensive (forget how much), and it's not located in the city center so if you drive your car you will need to find parking lot in the city
I would stay here again, for it's location in the city so close to the rail station that links to the airport in 20 minutes. Also pleasant walking distance into the old town (centre). I read alot in the customer reviews before I stayed that the breakfasts are excellent and now I can see why, very much so. Comfy beds, well sound proofed rooms too and very clean. Overall very good experience here
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops.
There are a total of three power outlets available.
The shower has good water pressure.
Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m.
The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.
It's a little far from the old town, but good s to visit other places in Krakow, the Oscar Schindler Memorial, the kazimerz Jewish Quarter, the Viswa River, etc. The hotel facilities are great, but the wifi is often cut off. I'm not sure if it's a temporary phenomenon.

Ccool_dudeIf you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.
ผผู้เข้าพักFantastic 4 star Hotel. There was nothing I could fault. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile and always helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, straight over the road from the train station and mall. Makes getting to and from the airport effortless. If we ever come back to Kraków we will rebook this hotel.
MMillerMikeFantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
ผผู้เข้าพักBrilliant from the first greeting to the farewell!
Lovely staff who went the extra mile to welcome you and helped in any way they could.
Impeccable English spoken; Brits are rubbish at other languages, in my experience. Nothing to be proud of 😌
The room was amazing. A very new hotel, so everything was still pristine. Probably the smartest place I have ever stayed in.
Quiet - I guess it was well soundproofed; heard nobody else - like we had the floor to ourselves.
Reception and bar/ cafe- style area was welcoming, serving snacks and great coffee.
Did not use the dining facilities, but the area looked very good, on Level -1.
Very good quality toiletries.
Luxurious towels and bedding.
Nespresso coffee machine
Fridge
Water filter/ ‘kettle’.
Really cannot fault anything.
I would try another Tribe hotel and would hope it would be of the same standard.
