While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

Прекрасный отель, думаю, лучший в Калькутте! Прибывая в этом отеле, я в полной мере ощутила на себе, что в Индии гость это Бог! Мне сделали апгрейд и я получила шикарный номер на 70 этаже! Завтраки великолепные! Бассейн с пальмами на 40 этаже, тренажерный зал, сауна и замам, джакузи…просто восторг! До центра, где Мемориал Виктории на такси 200-300 рупий, попросите на ресепшн вызвать вам такси и они сделают это. Отношение персонала ровно такое как нужно, никто не выпрашивает чаевые, просто искренне заботятся о гостях. У меня было два дня в Калькутте, но я останусь еще на день, т.к. не успела еще насладиться всеми прелестями отеля и сходить в СПА.

Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast can consider more international food.

This lovely hotel has fabulous staff who attend to the minutest details. The rooms are spacious, and the Legacy rooms are beautiful and give you an ultra-luxury feel. The food is fantastic, with an excellent choice of Bengali cuisine besides Indian and Continental options. Good pool and lovely central location

Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.
