ทำเลดี ราคาไม่แพง เช็คอินครั้งแรก พนักงานโรงแรมไม่ได้แจ้งเรื่องสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและเวลาอาหารเช้า ฯลฯ แต่ก็ไม่เป็นไร เราพักที่นี่ 2 คืน หลังจากคืนแรก โรงแรมส่งข้อความมาหาเราและบอกให้เราย้ายไปห้องอื่นเพราะชั้นของเรามีการบำรุงรักษาตามปกติ (พวกเขาไม่ได้บอกด้วยซ้ำตอนที่เราเช็คอิน) คืนที่สอง เราย้ายไปห้องอื่นแต่กุญแจใช้ไม่ได้ 🥹 เราต้องเดินไปเดินมาระหว่างแผนกต้อนรับแต่ก็ใช้ไม่ได้ พนักงานโรงแรมขอย้ายไปห้องอื่น 😪 ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่เพราะยังมีฝุ่นอยู่บ้างในบางจุด และห้องน้ำก็รั่ว ผิดหวังมาก หวังว่าพวกเขาจะปรับปรุงบริการและการบำรุงรักษาได้

Pintunya creepi semacam tidak tertutup rapat... jd mau istirahat was was klo ada yg isemg buka dr luar gmn ya... kondisi di kamar 808 tipe mezanin.. mungkin kamar mandi di tambahi xhause.. klo ada air panas tanpa sirkulasi udara jadi pengap.. Menu sarapan mungkin bisa lebih variatif untuk di aedikan omelete, ymenu sarapan yg disediaka pecel., tumpang. bubur ayam. Nasigoreng, mie goreng, roti bakar.. buah yg di sediakan melon. Pepaya. Semangka. Minummya air putih, kopi, jus jeruk Kolam renangnya oke luas dan bersih... dari sore ke reaepsioniat buat tukar handuk, dijawab akan dinatar kenkamar, tali sampai waktu Check out handuk buat rennag tidak diantar gantinya...

Pleasant Stay at HARRIS Hotel Malang I had a very enjoyable experience staying at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level. Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. A nice place to relax while exploring Malang
