โรงแรมที่มีลานและทางเดินใต้ดินที่แตกต่างกันมากมาย รู้สึกเหมือนเข้าสู่โลกที่แตกต่าง ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมในใจกลางเมืองเก่าเซบียาและสามารถเดินไปได้ทุกที่ การบริการเป็นเลิศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งตั้งแต่พนักงานยกกระเป๋าที่พาเราไปจอดรถในโรงรถใกล้เคียงแล้วขนกระเป๋าไปที่โรงแรมและห้องพัก ได้รับการรักษาที่สปาซึ่งผ่อนคลายมากแม้ว่าบางรายการเช่นซาวน่าและเจ็ตจากุซซี่จะไม่ทํางาน ปัญหาหนึ่งคือมีปัญหามดในห้องของเราและเราพบมดบนเตียงในห้องอาบน้ําและถุงอาหารของเรา

What an amazing hotel! I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to. The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests. The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared. We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for. We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

โรงแรมที่ดีมากในใจกลางเมืองใกล้ชายหาดทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมได้รับการจัดอันดับให้เป็นโรงแรมสี่ดาว แต่มากกว่า 3.5 บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ยอดเยี่ยมสําหรับทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและยุโรป พนักงานต้อนรับดีมากเพราะเรามาถึงตอน 1:30 น. ในตอนเช้าและสะดวกสบายมาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก แต่บนล้อดังนั้นหากคุณนอนหลับไม่สนิทคุณอาจจบลงอีกด้านหนึ่งของห้องนอนเพราะเราได้ยินจากห้องนอนด้านบนหลายคืน 

มาถึงโรงแรมช้ามากและเช็คอินอย่างราบรื่น โรงแรมมีอ่างอาบน้ําใต้ดินและสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งมีขนาดเล็ก แต่คุณสามารถเห็นโบสถ์บนยอดเขาที่ได้รับการซ่อมแซมด้านข้าง สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมดี แค่มาทํางานไม่มีเวลาเพลิดเพลินกับบริเวณโดยรอบและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม แนะนําการเข้าพัก

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, drei Nächte im Fairmont La Hacienda zu verbringen, und können dieses Hotel nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, neues Haus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offenlässt. Unser sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick war ein absoluter Traum. Der Ausblick auf Gibraltar und sogar bis nach Afrika ist einfach unvergesslich. Solche Panoramen erlebt man nur selten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Service im gesamten Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell – ein Niveau, das wir so nur selten erlebt haben. Die Zimmer werden zwei mal täglich gereinigt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Speisen, begleitet von einem ebenso ausgezeichneten Service. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der großzügige Spa-Bereich, der definitiv einen Besuch wert ist und zur perfekten Entspannung beiträgt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt auf höchstem Niveau – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans cet établissement. Tout y est réuni pour offrir une expérience inoubliable. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, les espaces sont parfaitement entretenus et décorés avec beaucoup de goût, créant une atmosphère élégante et apaisante. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement de la région tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre calme et reposant. Le personnel est remarquable : chaleureux, attentionné, toujours disponible et souriant. On se sent immédiatement accueilli avec bienveillance. Les installations, notamment le spa et les espaces de détente, sont tout simplement magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients. Mention spéciale pour la qualité globale des prestations qui dépasse largement nos attentes. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour un séjour en couple.

Ein top Hotel in top Lage. Modernes Zimmer in einem absolut stimmigen Stil zur Altstadt. Richtig gelungen.

Très bon séjour de 4 jours / 3 nuits à l’Eurostars Torre Sevilla. L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec une superbe vue sur Séville. La chambre était propre, confortable et conforme à nos attentes. Le seul petit point négatif, c’est qu’au moment de la réservation, il n’était pas précisé que l’accès au spa et à la piscine était payant. C’est une information qui mériterait d’être mieux indiquée. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel.
