Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees
My husband and I booked this hotel for our first time in Atlanta. We wanted a hotel that was near a bunch of attractions while we were visiting a friend. I had no issues with this hotel except for the fact that when we asked for additional coffee cups and condiments for our room they kept telling us they ran out and couldn't help us. The coffee is supposed to be complimentary, but they kept telling us they would send someone to give us cups but no one ever showed up. Other than that, the room was cozy, nice and perfect for what we wanted. This was my fault, but I ended up picking a twin and we barely fit on the bed, but it was still comfortable.
The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes away from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and The Centennial Olympic Park. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan on seeing any of these or the stadium. Plenty of food nearby too!
We enjoyed a two-night stay. The front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we are visiting this area.
NNick With the bimmerGreat staff and management crew always nice never mean or belittling but always kind and generous and willing to help out as best as they can to make sure your experience here is a pleasure experience.
ผผู้เข้าพักStayed a week while waiting for my daughter’s apartment to be ready for move in. Not the cleanest room. Wear socks! Floor even got my socks dirty and it was laminate. Bathroom dirty behind door and had to ask a number of times and numerous people for towels. Everyone was pleasant. It was a functional room. Stayed with two dogs. The dog “park” area was over grown and had piles of poop everywhere. No attempt to keep it tidy at all. If it wasn’t for the convenience we would have found another place for sure.
AAlexa Nicole-SegallisThe front desk superviser (I think her name was Vee) and Alexis were wonderful, The blind date with a book was such a fun and awesome idea! The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~
