great hotel. close to aquarium and coca-cola world. air conditioner is powerful. wifi is fast, while one of my devices cannot get connected though.

This hotel was the previous Sheraton. The sign outside the hotel is a plastic tarp.
i was 3rd in line for check in. Took over 1/2 hr to check me in without anyone apologizing or acknowledging my presence.
First room i checked in blasted nothing but hot air. Thermostat was broken. Asked the engineer to come up to take a look. Never showed up. Checked into second room. Second room blasted nothing but cool air. Broken thermostat again. I turned off the AC control and just dealt with stagnant air. They were perturbed that I wanted to move again. Bathrooms had dry rot. Not one bathroom fixture was screwed on tight. They were all loosy goosy. Sink backed up every morning. old the front desk about it. Nothing ever happened.
Bed pillows looked and felt like they were over 20yrs old and not one was NOT lumpy.
My room happened to be next to the service elevator. During the morning, you can hear the housecleaning staff jabbering away at top volume, yelling up and down the hall.
I'm sure I missed some things, but overall pretty bad.
There were some good parts..... The TV was a 55" and lots of channels. The bed itself was very comfortable.
4 blocks to America's Mart and lots of restaurants nearby.

Great customer service for a late arrival. I had a delayed flight, so my aunt was able to get me a last minute hotel pre-paid with no issues. Would highly recommend for location and friendliness.

We booked a room with a king size bed months ahead. When we showed up they put us in a room with two twin beds. When we tried to get the room we had booked they were very unhelpful. And then charged us an extra $108
