Останавливались в данном отеле 2 раза. Первый раз был большой номер (на фото), с отдельной спальней, удобная кухня, хорошая кровать, работает кондиционер. Вид классный, на львиную гору. Безопасный район, спокойно гуляли до 21:00, арендованную машину ставили под окнами (где мойка авто). Из минусов - нереально громкие чайки 😂 но это придирки. Второй раз остановились через неделю, т.к уезжали в другие регионы. Из свободных номеров оставалась только студия. Она очень маленькая, вдвоем с чемоданами сложно разместиться. Так же будте внимательны, в данном отеле заезд в 15:00, а выезд уже в 10:00. Мы не обратили на это внимание, что тоже для нас оказалось минусом. Но в целом отель очень советую, персонал приветливый и приятный.

Next to Beach Road and Regent Road, which is very convenient for walking to supermarkets and cafes. The rooms is very spacious, lovely view, there's Netflix on the TV, but corridor and exterior feels a bit old and dated. No lift service to one of the basements

I received excellent service from the staff in the hotel . The most outstanding service was from Mustapha, he helped me on two occasions with the safe, which was giving error codes. Over and above this after I had left the hotel, I had a package arriving late that I could not receive. Mustapha shared his personal Whatsapp number with me to organize the package to be returned to the seller. I have not received such excellent service in some years of staying in hotels outside of South Africa. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful. We had a good time . The ladies at the reception were really friendly and helpful. The security guards would do routine checks which made us as female travelers safe. The location is really convenient and close to everything we needed!! Only downside is they don’t allow drinking from the balcony only in the room

Beautiful hotel, but super small room. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that small after payig so much money. I booked the hotel for 4 nights but had to cancel the other 3 nights because it was very small and couldn’t even open my luggage well, there was just no space. The room was just ok, just a standard room.

Great views and ideal location for exploring Cape Town CBD and surroundings..

Really beautiful rooms and location - it will be amazing once finished but while we stayed it was still undergoing construction and the pool wasn’t ready. However they did allow us to use the pool in the hotel opposite (this was also undergoing maintenance/construction when we visited) Would defiantly return in the future once completed ✨🤩

ฉันอยากจะเล่าประสบการณ์การพักอาศัยในอพาร์ตเมนต์แห่งนี้ให้ฟังค่ะ เราใช้ชีวิตกันอย่างลำบากมาก เพราะเป็นแบบบริการตัวเอง มีจานแค่สองใบ ถ้าฉันใช้จานใบหนึ่งสำหรับอย่างอื่น แล้วแฟนฉันใช้จานอีกใบ ฉันก็ไม่มีจานเหลือสำหรับเตรียมอาหารจานต่อไป เรามีจานแค่สองใบในบ้าน เหมือนกับโรงแรมที่มีอาหารให้ทาน เราคงไม่ต้องการจานเพิ่มสำหรับอะไรทั้งนั้น แล้วฉันจะซื้อของชำสำหรับสองจานได้ยังไง ในเมื่อมีช้อนคนละหนึ่งอัน และช้อนชาคนละหนึ่งอันสำหรับกาแฟตอนเช้า และแก้วคนละหนึ่งอัน? นอกจากนี้ เราไม่มีไม้กวาด การทำความสะอาดจึงยากมาก เราต้องรอพนักงานทำความสะอาดมาตอน 10 โมงเช้า ในขณะที่เราต้องเลี่ยงฝุ่นหรือใช้กระดาษทิชชู่เช็ด ถึงแม้เราไม่อยากให้ใครเข้ามา แต่เราก็ไม่มีทางเลือก เราไม่สามารถขัดพื้นเองได้ เราต้องรอจนกว่าจะนอนแล้วค่อยให้พวกเขามาทำ ไม่มีหมวกคลุมอาบน้ำ ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันหรือยาสีฟันให้ใช้ก่อนเข้าพัก ไม่มีแม้แต่สิ่งเล็กน้อยที่จะทำให้คุณรู้สึกสบายเมื่อเช็คอิน ฉันไม่แนะนำสำหรับนักเดินทางที่ลงเครื่องดึกๆ มันไม่ช่วยอะไรเลย คุณต้องนอนในที่สกปรกจนกว่าร้านค้าจะเปิด เครื่องทำความร้อนก็หมด ทำให้คุณหนาวในห้อง เวลาเช็คเอาท์คือ 10 โมงเช้า ดังนั้นถ้าเที่ยวบินของคุณคือ 6 โมงเย็นในวันเดียวกัน คุณต้องเตรียมตัวเดินเร่ร่อนเหมือนคนไร้บ้านในขณะที่คุณพักค้างคืนกับพวกเขา เกิดอะไรขึ้นกับเวลาเช็คเอาท์ 12 โมง หรือ 2 โมงเย็นอย่างช้าที่สุด??? คู่ของฉันทำงานกะกลางคืนและต้องถูกไล่ออกตอน 10 โมงเช้า ทั้งๆ ที่เที่ยวบินของเขาคือ 6 โมงเย็น! เขาขอพัก 2 ชั่วโมงและเช็คเอาท์ตอน 12 โมง แต่พวกเขาคิดค่าห้อง 50% สำหรับการนอนหลับเพียง 2 ชั่วโมง ไม่ถึงครึ่งวันด้วยซ้ำ อพาร์ตเมนต์นี้ไม่ให้ความช่วยเหลืออะไรเลย พวกเขาให้ความสำคัญกับการคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มมากกว่าการให้บริการลูกค้า ผ้าปูที่นอนเปลี่ยนทุกๆ 3 วัน ซึ่งหมายความว่าหากคุณมีประจำเดือนและทำให้ผ้าปูที่นอนสกปรก คุณจะต้องนอนกับเลือดไปอีก 2 วัน - ทำไม??? ฉันคิดว่าควรเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนทุกวันตามอัตราค่าห้องที่คิดในแต่ละวัน เว้นแต่ว่าเราจะเตรียมผ้าปูที่นอนมาเองเผื่อกรณีฉุกเฉิน... นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานก่อสร้างที่อาจทำให้หลังคาไฟไหม้ขณะที่คุณนอนหลับในเวลา 8 โมงเช้า ทำให้แฟนของฉันนอนไม่หลับหลังจากทำงานกะกลางคืนโดยไม่มีการเตือนล่วงหน้า!!! เรารู้สึกเสียใจที่มาพักที่นี่ และปัญหาที่แย่มากคือเรื่องจานชาม: ฉันต้องล้างจานเองทุกมื้อเพราะไม่มีจานสำรองให้ใช้ในวันถัดไป ต้องล้างด้วยมือเพราะไม่มีที่ล้างจาน 🧽 ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนจ่ายเงินไม่คุ้มเลยสำหรับการพักที่นี่
