Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

I enjoyed my trip at the hotel. All staff were very kind. I was a little nervous because of the missing payment at the entrance. I was tired from the journey and they could have taken this into consideration and sent me to my room and then taken the remaining payment later. At least I expected such kindness. But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. The room was clean. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly. But there wasn't. These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room. If such sensitive issues are taken into consideration, the hotel is very wonderful, its location is central and you can almost go everywhere on foot (if you like walking). It is both quiet, the employees are great, the housekeeping lady is very polite and meticulous. Except for a few things, I was very pleased. If I go again, this is the hotel I will choose. Location-wise was really inconvenient if you do not have a car. It is located on an extremely busy highway, and it is a trek along the roadside to get to the bus depot or the bus stop. It is a 5min walk from the bus depot that has airport shuttles, which would take you about 30-45 minutes either way. It takes around 40 minutes to get into the city from the bus stop. The breakfast really did not meet standards for a Mercure hotel; the variety was extremely limited, and the food didn't seem very fresh either. I wouldn't bother with paying the extra for breakfast. The room was clean and seemed new from the smell, and it was very decent. The gym was quite unhygienic. I had the room to myself, but there were used towels and cups everywhere, and the ventilation wasn't great.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and the sauna are amazing. Big shopping mall 5 mins walk. Breakfast can be improve.

We had a nice time at Troci hotel, our room was so clean and beautiful. The highlight of the room was the Jacuzzi. We couldn’t wait for the breakfast because we checked out very early. The hotel is about 15-20 mins drive from the airport.

Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach Big rooms, good hot water pressure The hotel restauranthas amazing food and it's cheap!!!!
