I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Excellent Stay and Warm Hospitality at Mercure Kathmandu This was my first time visiting Kathmandu, and Mercure Kathmandu truly left a wonderful impression. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality stood out. A special mention to Paras, who picked us up from the airport and helped us with check-in. He was exceptionally kind and professional, and even shared some very useful information about getting around Kathmandu — which really helped us make the most of our trip. We had booked a room with breakfast for only one person, but the hotel kindly extended complimentary breakfast for both of us — a gesture we truly appreciated. The room itself was awesome — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The toiletries were complete, even including a razor and shaving cream, which was a nice touch. Overall, the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Highly recommend Mercure Kathmandu to anyone visiting the city — great service, comfort, and warm hospitality all around!

Very friendly staffs and lovely breakfast. It's a cozy and very strategic location . Only 3 mins walk to Boudha Stupa. Safe and convenient location! I will definitely recommend to friends and families.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สนามบินมาก ขับรถเพียง 5 นาทีเท่านั้น ตอนกลางคืนไม่ได้ยินเสียงเครื่องบินหรือเสียงรถเลย เงียบมาก ดีกว่าพักในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเยอะ โรงแรมใหม่ ตกแต่งสวยงามเทียบได้กับโรงแรมธุรกิจในประเทศ และฉันพักอย่างสะดวกสบายมาก พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก โรงแรมมีบริการรับส่งสนามบินฟรี แต่มีค่าบริการสำหรับการส่งกลับโรงแรม โรงแรมล้อมรอบด้วยบ้านเรือนของชาวบ้าน และโรงแรมมีบริการอาหารเช้าและบริการอาหารตามสั่งตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง การเดินป่าในเนปาลนั้นน่าทึ่งมาก!

Modern hotel in a location where cars can easily drive to, which may not be the case for some lodging in Boudha. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room & bathroom were spacious & lighting was more than sufficient. Do note that contrary to what is currently stated on the hotel’s website, there isn’t a restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel is a short stroll to the stupa. The breakfast buffet was decent with vegetarian options available. All in a happy stay for me.

โรงแรมดีเยี่ยมมาก เป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดในละแวกนี้เลยก็ว่าได้ ที่โรงแรมมีอาหารพร้อมให้บริการทั้งสามมื้อ มีอาหารจีนและเกี๊ยวให้เลือกทานด้วย และยังมีบริการรถรับส่งฟรี ควรแจ้งเวลาเดินทางถึงโรงแรมล่วงหน้า แต่ถึงแม้พวกเราจะโทรแจ้งหลังจากลงเครื่องแล้ว แค่ 10 นาที คนขับรถก็มารับทันที กุญแจห้องพักยังคงเป็นกุญแจลูกบิดแบบเก่า ไม่ใช่คีย์การ์ด แต่ห้องพักก็ยังคงความสะอาดได้ดี หากมีปัญหาอะไร พนักงานก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ได้มาตรฐานแบบโรงแรมที่สะดวกสบายทั่วไป แต่บริการประทับใจระดับโรงแรมหรูอย่างฮิลตันเลยทีเดียว แถมราคาก็แค่ร้อยกว่าๆ เท่านั้นเอง ขอแนะนำให้ทุกคนมาพักเลยครับ/ค่ะ

Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.
