The hotel is just next to the airport and linked by sheltered walkway. Staff was friendly and room is clean.

首次在攜程訂國外酒店，這家酒店超棒，特別是早餐，物品豐富，質量上層，可以説應有盡有；酒店位置很好，在老城附近 ，去步行街和碼頭很近，離公交車總站也很近，機場大巴乘降站也衹有五分鐘的距離，部分房間可以看到港口，個人認為是一次滿意的選擇

after 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs. We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

โรงแรมนี้มีที่อยู่ที่ดี ด้านหน้าเป็นท่าเรือ เดินไปด้านหลังไม่กี่นาที เป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า มีร้านอาหารจีนบนชั้นสอง และมีอาหารเวียดนามอยู่ด้านล่าง ซึ่งสามารถแก้ปัญหาเรื่องการกินได้ดีมาก และโรงแรมนี้ได้รับการซื้อจากบริษัทในเซินเจิ้น ดังนั้นจึงมีพนักงานจีนและการสื่อสารที่สะดวก แนะนําให้จองโรงแรมนี้ได้ ไม่หลง

The hotel with good services and out of expectation breakfast. The breakfast served many varieties of food with good taste. Hotel location is near the Central Bus Station and Train Station but it has some slopes to go to the hotel that will be a bit tired for tourists with big luggage.

The hotel provided great service, I particularly like the delicious Norwegian food it catered for the guests, and I wish to extend my compliment to the staff Miss Pen, a sweet lady from Thailand for her friendliness and warm service.  Perhaps the room for improvement is the hotel house keeping in term of cleanliness and tidiness.  Thank you.

I stayed in a single room, which was too small in size, but very cozy.Very comfortable bed! High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet for breakfast with many options. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine. Overall my experienced was positive 👍👍

รถไฟของเราสายไปหลายชั่วโมงและเรามาถึงจนถึง 22:30 น แต่ผู้จัดการตอบข้อความของเราและทําให้เรามั่นใจได้ว่าเขาจะพร้อมเมื่อเรามาถึง พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก ห้องพักสะอาด สบาย และอาหารเช้าที่เราซื้อก็ดีมาก คุณไม่สามารถเอาชนะราคาได้!

Great location for me from friend’s house and otw to the airport. Good breakfast daily and with dinner provided. Mew building and fully furnished comfortably. Not to forget to mention the scenic balcony view pf the ocean! Happy stay with family so far!
