Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..
Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy.
Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom,
Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty.
For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5.
Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞
We booked this hotel for location and spa.
The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool.
Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities.
The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day.
At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm.
When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel.
The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while.
The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time.
The pool was cold and also dirty.
Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town
Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it!
Also recommend the afternoon tea :)
Friendly staff, easy checkin process and free parking. The rooms are a bit small and the chair doesn't fit under the desk which takes up more space in the room. The fitness and spa facilities is great and not chargeable extra, but there was no hot water in the showers and on Sunday the gym and pool was closed.
The lobby cafe and restaurant is a great place to work from, though the food and drinks are a little pricey.
Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe room is very large and clean. It's just that the sheets are a little narrow. The scenery outside the window is beautiful! It is cost-effective.

ผผู้เข้าพักI last visited Rowhill over 15 years ago. It has unfortunately lost its exclusive, luxury look and feel. Whilst bedrooms have changed and have a more modern look, the finish is not great and color choices not kind on the stains. They seem to have added a relaxation room which was a nice touch but. Slightly on the dark side to enjoy flicking through the magazines on offer. The bar food was better than nothing but plenty of room for improvement. Great breakfast though. Like a lot of these places the do not focus on the detail. The spa area now needs a loveing touch so it's on par with many of the new spas emerging or a good price review! Saying all that the staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I made the most of my stay and would still recommend.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe Hotel seemed a bit lacking … just in that extra of what you’d expect when you are paying for an expensive stay! The staff were pleasant and the room was very nice but no toiletries in the changing room for the swimming pool. Finished dinners and glasses not cleared away. Seemed to be a bit short staffed and the music from the marquee was very loud until midnight. A nice stay but not coming away refreshed as planned unfortunately!
