Very nice hotel and stay was good

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and the signature Taj hospitality that truly sets the standard for luxury stays. Every detail — from the fragrant lobby to the impeccable check-in experience — radiated comfort and class. The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and offered a perfect blend of modern comfort with traditional charm. The bed was heavenly, and every night felt like a dream! Housekeeping deserves special mention for their attention to detail and daily personalized touches that made the stay unforgettable. Dining at the Taj Skyline was a delightful experience — every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavours. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering an array of local and international dishes that catered to every palate. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression — whether it was at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge. Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — centrally situated, yet serene enough to relax after a busy day in the city. Taj Skyline is not just a hotel — it’s an experience of elegance, care, and heartfelt hospitality. I left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Truly the crown jewel of Ahmedabad! 🌸

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity—there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities.

The room was absolutely gorgeous—everything was spotless, and it had a really stylish, modern vibe. It had everything I needed, plus a few extra touches that made it feel extra special. The bed was so comfy, and the view from the window was amazing

Clearly not a ‘Boutique’ hotel by western standards and hotel was overpriced, perhaps as a consequence of T20 World Cup Cricket Final. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival, however, and provided an upgrade to a spacious suite. Suite was clean and comfortable although the sporadic WiFi connection was frustrating. Breakfast buffet was Indian style and although the à la carte restaurant and room service offered broader options food was bland, the restaurant atmosphere was non existent and communication with restaurant staff in English was challenging. Given location, travellers without car / driver will be reliant on tuk tuk / taxi service.

レセプションの対応は申し分なし。バギーを使う演出も心地よい。ただし、朝食ビュッフェのスタッフにやる気が見えず、席の案内もせず、フラフラ歩いているだけで呼びかけしないと対応してくれなかったのが残念。欧米系のゲストにはコーヒーを注いでいたけど。
