Double Tree เป็นโรงแรมที่น่าเข้าพักเสมอ และมีคุกกี้และเช็คอินฟรีหรือเมื่อใดก็ตามที่คุณขอก็เป็นสิ่งที่น่ายินดีเสมอ สำหรับวันนี้เราพบว่ารอบๆ โรงแรมนั้นไม่มีอะไรมากเท่ากับร้านอาหารอื่นๆ ถึงแม้ว่าร้านจะใกล้กับสากลมากและมีรถรับส่งที่สะดวก เราก็เลยย้ายไปที่ใกล้ๆ ซึ่งมีร้านอาหารมากมายรอบๆ ,ห้องพักสะอาดบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ. ร้านอาหารดีอาหารอร่อยแม้ว่าจะแพงไปหน่อย หากคุณต้องการใช้บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ ฉันคิดว่านี่อาจเป็นทางเลือกที่ดี

พักสามคืน วันแรกเช็คอินสายแล้วไม่เห็นวิวสระน้ำจากห้องวิวสระ มีเสียงดัง ในห้องไม่ได้ซ่อมตอนตี 2 แม้ว่าจะไม่มีน้ำแร่ รองเท้าแตะ แปรงสีฟัน ฯลฯ ปัญหาหลักคือไม่มีผ้าห่มเลยขอได้แค่ผ้าห่มอย่างผ้าเช็ดตัวเท่านั้นและผ้าปูที่นอนก็ฟูมาก ข้อดีคือวันรุ่งขึ้นเปลี่ยนห้องแล้ววิวดี นอกจากนี้ยังมีรถประจำทางหลายสายไปและกลับจาก Universal City ซึ่งสะดวกกว่าและคุณสามารถเข้าสวนสาธารณะได้ก่อนหนึ่งชั่วโมง

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful. Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!

It was a great stay. Very clean and Greta location. Some of the finishings in the room are dated but it is kept up well

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
