Room a little dated and sink did not work as the plug was stuck in it. The staff were very friendly but the food was not good. I asked for nachos and was told they weren’t available and so I decided to take fish and chips. The fish was over cooked and the chips were full of grease and I couldn’t eat them. Was given a refund for the fish and chips.
Breakfast was a good choice but you have to pay for a decent coffee. Not sure if I’d stay here again.
I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.
This hotel is very good service. The environment is very good as well. But, It provide a location of free car park space. You shall make sure have a car if you are a traveler.
The service was nice. There are some little things that need to be upgraded like a real coffee machine for breakfast, giving a bathrobe for your room to go in the spa (free bathrobe of course).
I’m satisfied for the rest. I spent a nice week. 😊
Truly amazing hotel,staff superb 👏 ideally situated next to all Manchester concerts,local attraction,public transport.The staff are what make this hotel a must stay,from the moment u arrive until the second u leave,absolutely nothing us too much trouble whatever time of day or night 5 star 🌟 treatment each and every time I have visited.Well done Raddison Park u are amazing 👏 🤩 😀
Location might be handy if you are physically able to walk about in the city centre, I have MS and walking can be difficult at the best of times, not the fault of the hotel but my booking was made during a period of severe weather conditions and the hotel staff checked me in immediately, four hours before their usual time and were very helpful, polite and friendly.

ผผู้เข้าพักAll the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window.
Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time
ผผู้เข้าพักWas given a top floor room and asked for another as wife has just had two knee replacements the lady then gave us another room which was further away and just as many stairs, the room was ok but their was a noise which made it impossible to hear the television so on asking was put in the original top floor room and the television was not working only one Chanel and could not alter anything, We were then given another room two doors away and the room was fine but still top floor, both in mid seventies and was watched struggling up lots of stairs with no offer of help, very poor service and understanding.
