What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Sehr schönes Apartment!
Das Apartment war sauber, modern und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, Preis-Leistung passt absolut. Besonders toll: Klimaanlage, Trinkwasser und kleine Snacks (Kuchen, Kekse) sind inklusive – eine wirklich nette Aufmerksamkeit.
Einziges kleines Manko: Zimmer 3 liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße/Gehsteig, dadurch hört man etwas mehr von draußen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Situé dans le centre mais rue très calme.

The review is just so so and the pool is quite small. Location is great , easy to walk to the museum, central bus station and the old town area. Don't expect it as a 5 star hotel, then everything will be ok.

酒店位置不錯，離商業街道近，去巴士總站、港口十幾分鍾步程。但前台服務水平差，職業素養不足，尤其是下午值班的年輕女士，我們7人訂三間房，第一天每間房衹給一張門卡，要求每人配一張門票，反覆交涉多次，她都叉開話題，不予正面迴應，前台另一位女士知道我們的要求，製作了幾張門卡給我們。我們有兩間是家庭房，安排錯了房間（不同房型），打開了行李，又重新收拾換房。我們住三天，衹是冰箱有兩瓶瓶裝水（兩人房間），打掃衞生後也不添加。與她交涉，説是酒店的政策衹供應一天的免費瓶裝水，以後就要房客到一樓購買。再談，她乾脆黑臉不理了！最離譜是最後一天，清晨吃早餐時我們中的3人拿行李到大堂，以便餐後退房趕到碼頭坐船，前台值班的男士不讓她們的行李箱進來，要放在門外（前台視線之外）。餐後三件行李箱不見了！我們急忙與值班的男士交涉，他毫不知情，説可能是裝車去碼頭了。我們跑到街上，一團人正在裝車上行李，才把我們的行李找回。這是我們希臘之行所住宿的四間酒店中服務最差的一間，也是我們唯一給予差評的一間。

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

ผผู้เข้าพักเป็นโรงแรมที่บริหารจัดการได้ดีมาก โลเคชั่นดีมาก ใกล้ท่าเรือมาก เดิน 5 นาทีจากพิพิธภัณฑ์โบราณคดี อาหารเช้าดี สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบ ราคาไม่แพง และราคาสูงมาก วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน เมื่อฉันเช็คอิน มีพนักงานต้อนรับสุภาพบุรุษและตอบคําถามมากมายเกี่ยวกับการเดินทางของอิรักในอิรัก และช่วยฉันพิมพ์ตั๋วเรือข้ามฟากไปซานโตรินี่ ขอบคุณเขาที่นี่!

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมค่อนข้างสะอาดและทันสมัย เราพบว่าเตียงนอนสบายมาก และทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างสะดวกใกล้กับเมืองเก่าและบริเวณท่าเรือ ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันพร้อมเก้าอี้สองสามตัวพื้นที่ทํางานสถานีกาแฟ/ชาทีวีขนาดใหญ่และห้องน้ําขนาดใหญ่ มีปลั๊กเพียงพอรอบ ๆ ห้องและสวิตช์หลายตัวที่มีการตั้งค่าแสงเพื่อให้พอดี เราชื่นชมระเบียงและวิวด้านนอก แต่มีรถบางคันที่ขับผ่านด้วยเสียงเพลงดังทุกคืน ข้อร้องเรียนที่สําคัญเพียงอย่างเดียวของเราคือฝักบัวในห้องน้ํารั่วได้ง่ายมากในห้องของเราและพื้นเปียกใกล้ห้องน้ํา
อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมค่อนข้างดีมีอาหารครีตหลากหลาย เช่น ชีสและขนมอบ มีไข่กวนสดและไส้กรอกที่ดีมากเช่นกัน อาหารเช้ายังมีผลไม้ที่เก็บรักษาไว้มากมายที่เข้ากันได้ดีกับโยเกิร์ตกรีกและรวมถึงส้ม เชอร์รี่ องุ่น และมะเดื่อ
เราขอขอบคุณที่โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถราคาถูกในบริเวณใกล้เคียงที่ Central Parking ซึ่งราคา 7 ยูโรต่อวันพร้อมสิทธิเข้า/ออกไม่จํากัดตราบใดที่เราได้รับแสตมป์เมื่อเราเข้าไป โรงแรมยังมีร้านอาหารที่ให้บริการรูมเซอร์วิสและมีร้านกาแฟยอดนิยมอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน โรงแรมนี้เป็นฐานที่ดีในการสํารวจครีตทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกใกล้กับสนามบินและราคายุติธรรมมากสําหรับเรา

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

Location is very central. The feel is more of a 5 star hotel, than a hostel!
