Well, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here. Room was great, check in easy, breakfast good. Arrived in a rental which we had to return to the rental centre- hotel arranged for us to be picked up by lyft and were very helpful keeping us informed via whattsapp as we didnt have a us phone number. After checkout we had 6 hours to explore Phoenix/Tempe and they stored our bags for us. When we returned to collect our bags, they then aranged a Lyft to the airport. Fantastic service. Will definately stay here again next time we are in Phoenix. One more thing- if you are staying in Phonix check out the Hall of Flame fire fighting museum. Fantastic exhibits from all over the world throughout history but the most poignant must be FDNY Rescue truck 4 involved in 9/11 during whcih sadly all the crew perished in the line of duty.
