ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has good amenities. The rooms and common areas were kept tidy, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the property.
However, my biggest concern was the Wi-Fi connection. I stayed for a week and experienced connectivity issues throughout my entire stay. As someone who relies on internet access, I ended up using my mobile data most of the time because the Wi-Fi was unreliable.
I also found that some of the staff in the dining area were not very welcoming. While not everyone was unfriendly, a few crew members came across as dismissive and seemed to have an attitude when interacting with guests. Customer service is an important part of the hotel experience, and I hope management can provide additional training to ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities and cleanliness standards, but the Wi-Fi issues and inconsistent customer service affected my experience.

AAlbert0 travellerOverall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice.The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower.
Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool.
If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key.

The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding and a minimalist design that emphasizes relaxation. The amenities at Trogon's Perch are excellent, from reliable Wi-Fi to friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. ผผู้เข้าพักI had a good time at Casavia Siargao. The location is ideal if you want to surf at Cloud9: you can walk there in 5 minutes, and it's much quieter than General Luna but still close enough if you want to spend the night eating/partying there. The private room was pretty nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some love, but still it was ok.
The staff is nice and always willing to help, and the hostel has several social nights organised via a Whatsapp group. While I didn't take part in those events, it's a convenient way to meet other travellers.
My only remark was about the noise: my room was facing the upstairs social area and, despite the signs specifying the quiet time (22pm onwards) and also a 500PHP fine for people not respecting it, every night I had people making phone calls, playing the guitar or shouting loudly after midnight (or later) in front of my room and there was nobody around to remind to keep the voice down. That was annoying.

FFrancis See ZoneRucksack is the biggest Hostel in Siargao, it offers private rooms for couple, family or group traveller and Dormitory Type rooms for Solo Traveller like me.
Dormitory bed is comfortable with thick Hotel bedding, ventilation is very cool.
Price is also great specially if you are budget conscious .
Rucksack has its own Pool, Restaurant and Bar. Plus activities for guests every night. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

一個巨大的坑是我之前不曾料想的：酒店的餐廳一直有駐唱樂隊和DJ，但音量巨大，而且會一直到11點甚至午夜。即便白天沖浪很累，晚上也很難入眠。在那裡短短几天已經碰到幾波不堪其擾要提前搬離的客人。但酒店的管理層似乎*****，對客人的抱怨完全無動於衷。工作人員也很無奈，衹敢私下跟我説以前可不這樣，剛換的新管理層“有非常奇妙的想象力”。另，wifi總是若有若無
