O hotel é perfeito do começo ao fim! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia, educação e acolhimento pela equipe da recepção, que merece um destaque especial. É aquele tipo de atendimento que faz você se sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindo. O quarto é lindo, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e aquele cheirinho delicioso de tudo impecavelmente preparado. A piscina é maravilhosa e o café da manhã, impecável, com muita qualidade e atenção aos detalhes. Ficamos apenas duas noites e, depois de vivenciar um pouco do que a propriedade oferece, minha impressão é de que o ideal seria ficar pelo menos três noites. Há muito para aproveitar, apreciar e simplesmente desfrutar com calma.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

In general, this hotel is totally perfect as a luxury hotel. The service is the best , all are professional. They all friendly, welcome and helpful. Especially the MAPA restaurant was impressive for me , the team was very professional and explained very details of every dishes.  At the end , finally the receptionist guy was drive my car and put all my luggages when I when to toilet , so professional. I’m highly recommend L’and for everyone. 👍👍👍

Serviço de excelência. Refeições maravilhosas. A piscina é muito boa para descansar e ler um livro. Quartos espaçosos e muito confortáveis

สําหรับสิ่งที่คุณสัญญา (ออกแบบมาเป็นพิเศษสําหรับการนอนและพักผ่อน) มันไม่ตรงกัน แอร์เสียงดังเกินไปและความจริงที่ว่าพัดลมในห้องน้ํามีกําหนดไว้โดยทางโรงแรมและเราไม่สามารถปิดได้ทําให้รู้สึกอึดอัดที่จะอยู่ในห้องในช่วงชั่วโมงการทํางานเนื่องจากเสียงรบกวน

Local muito agradável, quartos muito limpos e organizados, água da piscina exterior um pouco suja, o atendimento do pequeno almoço 5 estrelas, o pequeno-almoço muito razoável.

Amazing experience. Room was clean and well designed. The hotel itself is really beautiful if you want to explore the space. All staff were helpful. Highly recommended!

Pool area is very good and location as well. However, the rooms are very damp and need more maintenance. We noticed some dusty spots and spider webs. Breakfast is good.

Boa localização, ambiente bom. Instalações excelentes. Staff 100% de simpatia e ajuda em todas as situações. Negativo o restaurante só abrir de quarta feira a Domingo. Restauração fora da unidade debatem-se com falta de colaboradores e é difícil arranjar sítio onde fazer as alimentações. A minha opinião é a rever.
