The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel. The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy. The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family. Due to it is a ****** hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight. And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

Spacious room. Good for layover and free parking! There’s pool inside the hotel as well. Complimentary breakfast is included.

Great customer service. Polite and helpful with greeting and service. Great location.

The room is clean and tidy. The first impression when I open the door is ”Wow, wonderful!” Facility are quite enough, everything you need for a kitchen, and washer and dryer! the owner is considerate, they are not merely supply coffee, even have some instant noodles! The owner's response is fast. Bus stop at the entrance, to skytrain station at Brightport. And I selected to walk there by 30 minutes to enjoy the good weather. There is some food and mini-grocery store within 10 minutes walk.

Great stop from Vancouver to Jasper. Room is spacious and clean, staff is friendly. Close to restaurants. Nice location. It has its own parking lot so parking is not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location with beautiful views and can enjoy Emerald lake when there is fewer tourists. However, amenities in room is more dated and has a damp smell.
