ดีมาก.   เป็นไปไม่ได้ที่จะหาที่ดีกว่านี้โดยเฉพาะกับราคานี้ สถานที่สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน วิวสวยจากหน้าต่าง เฟอร์นิเจอร์ใหม่เอี่ยม เตียงใหญ่สบาย สะอาด มีกาแฟในห้อง รวมอาหารเช้า … ฉันมาถึงหลังเที่ยงคืนหลังจากเดินทางกว่า 30 ชั่วโมง และอาหารเช้าเริ่มตั้งแต่ 6.30 น. ถึง 9.00 น. แต่ฉันตื่นตอน 12.00 น. ฉันยังลงไปชั้นล่างเพื่อตรวจสอบ และผู้จัดการที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ก็บอกว่าไม่มีปัญหา และอาหารเช้าแสนอร่อย ได้แก่ ซีเรียล ไข่เจียว ไส้กรอก ขนมปังปิ้ง แยม น้ำผลไม้ต่างๆ และกาแฟ … สิ่งเดียวคือไม่มีลิฟต์ แต่พวกเขานำสัมภาระของฉันขึ้นไปโดยไม่ต้องขอ และในตอนเช้าพวกเขาก็นำสัมภาระของฉันลงมาอีกครั้ง ฉันประทับใจและพึงพอใจมาก

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

It's very close to the airport the hotel is connected to the skytrain station, just 15mins train to there. But it's not close to the downtown area. The hotel will give u $20 free play per guest for your stay, so basically free money to play in ******!! 🤣 They also did complimentary upgrade my room😍 Love this stay and it is a shame that they charged every guest for the resort fee even tho you dont use it. But still pretty good stay!!

Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.

Great customer service. Polite and helpful with greeting and service. Great location.

Great stop from Vancouver to Jasper. Room is spacious and clean, staff is friendly. Close to restaurants. Nice location. It has its own parking lot so parking is not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

Amazing location with beautiful views and can enjoy Emerald lake when there is fewer tourists. However, amenities in room is more dated and has a damp smell.
