Nos encantó la experiencia, las cabañas limpias, lindas, románticas.. La calidad del colchón y las sábanas, muy buena. La atención de las chicas te hace sentir en casa, súper atentas y nos dieron recomendaciones para visitar hermosas playas cercanas. Estaba preocupada pues pensaba que estaban muy retiradas, pero nada que ver, es muy fácil llegar. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias por sus atenciones.

โรงแรมโดยทั่วไปดีเพราะมีเกสต์เฮาส์และเป็นรีสอร์ทขนาดเล็กและสะดวกสบายมากถ้ามันแย่มากการเข้าพักที่ไม่ดีคือสุขอนามัยเพราะมียุงจํานวนมากดังนั้นราคาไม่ดีไม่ใช่ชายหาดแม้ว่าจะอยู่ใกล้และในทะเลอึดอัด บางทีเขาอาจจะกลับมา

Todo estuvo bien excepto que yo reserve y pagué una habitación con cama grande y me dieron primero una habitacion con dos camas dobles, a lo que por supuesto reclamé y me dijeron que se sobrevendieron las habitaciones por eso me daban una con 2 camas dobles sin costo extra, yo les dije que era muy incomodo porque solo eramos mi esposo y yo y no dormiriamos en una cama chica pues yo reserve cama grande para nuestro dedcanzo, total que me rehubicaron a otra habitacion estandar con solo una cama normal que para nada era cama grande como yo reserve, la verdad me sentí estafada, no fué lo que yo pagué y no era mi culpa que ellos sobrevendieran las habitaciones, además que yo llegué 2 min antes de las 3 de la tarde, hora en que inicia el check in y me dijeron que ya todas estaban ocupadas, lo cual no creí, ademas, el hotel estaba medio vacío

A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

ระหว่างทางไปเม็กซิโกซิตี้ในคืนคริสต์มาส ฉันเจอลมแรงและรถบรรทุกขนาดใหญ่สองคันพัดผ่าน โชคดีที่ฉันพบโรงแรมนี้ทางทิศตะวันตก มันสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย การเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบายมาก ผู้หญิงที่สําคัญยังสวยมาก อบอุ่นและสง่างาม ฉันชอบผู้หญิงประเภทนี้ ฉันหวังว่าเธอจะชอบฉันด้วย คนต่อมา อย่าคว้า 😂 กับฉัน สเต็กมื้อเย็นก็ดี

EEdwin.RodriguezEnded up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

GGeriShaikhHotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus.
The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours.
The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open.
Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold.
I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe visited Oaxaca City in September, 2025, and stayed for a week at La Catrina de Alcalá. We had a King room towards the back of the building. The room was large with plenty of room to store all of our items (clothes, toiletries, backpacks, umbrellas, etc.) and was very quiet. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The included breakfast was continental, so we ordered off the menu a couple of times. All the food was delicious and fresh. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Mole Tamale. Finally, the location was perfect! The hotel is located on a pedestrian only street in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return on our next trip to Oaxaca City.

HHugh057On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe overall vibe could be described as monastic luxury. The location and room quality was amazing. But you want to think hard about how important a view/windows are before you book. If you are OK with out them then it's all good. Many rooms look into interior courtyards/corridors and windows are all frosted. Like many places in Mexico, the whole check in and so on is run digitally via WhatsApp, so if you dont get your codes in advance then you could be in trouble. Other than the sparsely (but very high quality) appointed room there are no amenities that i could identify. But they share a list of things to do and do respond to WhatsApp if you have questions.

SSοtService is great. Hostel is run by enthusiastic young volunteers from around the world and they welcome you from the first moment. There is a WhatsApp group where activities are announced every day (that was something new for me) and also one can get Intel or help should they need to. I booked for one night but stayed four as the hostel is quite quiet so, you can rest despite the roof top bar that keeps the music there. Also free water is available.
One thing though that I didn't like was the all the time cold water at showers ❄️
That made me catch a cold 🤒
Nevertheless, I had a pleasant time in Puerto Escondido. Hasta luego
