Holiday Inn has a very good location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym and swimming pool, which are well maintained. It is a great choice for a family vacation, and we truly enjoyed our stay

Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see. The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels. The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

Lokasi strategis di dalam mal, all is ok hanya saja kalau mandi air dari kamar mandi ngalir keluar sampai ke ujung ranjang harus nya jangan di buat datar jadi air bs di tampung lbh baik..

房間很大，床很大，但是床單清潔度不夠。下面的花園很美，泳池在負一層，早餐很不錯，有西式和本地的選擇。晚餐在餐廳吃，酒店人員服務態度很好。

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

โรงแรมมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีรอบ ๆ สระว่ายน้ํา ห้องพักโอเค แต่ขาดการบํารุงรักษา ประตูตู้ติดและก๊อกน้ําเสีย และสิ่งอื่น ๆ อย่างอื่น ๆ พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกโดยรวมมีจํากัด เป็นโรงแรมขนาดกลาง ร้านอาหารและอาหารเช้าในแง่ปานกลาง ไม่ค่อยมีให้และไม่ค่อยดีนัก คาดว่ามาตรฐานที่ดีกว่าเล็กน้อยสําหรับเชอราตัน แต่ก็ยังเป็นการพักที่ดี

ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็ก แต่ใช้งานได้จริง ทีวีอนุญาตให้เข้าถึง YouTube ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมากเมื่อพิจารณาจากจํานวนช่องทีวีต่างประเทศจํานวนน้อย ทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของเมืองจากห้องพักของคุณและร้านอาหารบนชั้นดาดฟ้าบนชั้น 17 ตอนอาหารเช้าอาหารไม่ได้ตรวจสอบและเติมเป็นประจํา ประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในร้านนี้โดยรวมไม่น่าพอใจ บิลไม่ได้ออกสําหรับเครื่องดื่มบนระเบียงซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงความซื่อสัตย์ของพนักงานฝ่ายบริหารของร้านนี้ไม่ดี
