I stayed here for one night payed €128 euro and then upon check in I was notified of a 50£ hold on my card was never mentioned in the booking process but due to be released back into my account. Everywhere you look it’s rated as a 4 star property *********** etc so my hopes where high checking in. staff on the front desk were okay could have been nicer and very bare minimum. It felt like I was staying in student accommodation not a 4 star property pool and amenities very good, but room and service had the level of a 3 star hotel I asked for a room with a high floor and was given floor number 2 I checked in a few hours early and they looked for 25£ for early check in another money racket. Overall of it would have said 3 star apart hotel it would have been perfect but the 4 stars for me gave me higher expectations. for the same price you could get a London hotel for 4 star with better service and rooms like a chain hotel holiday inn, jury’s etc.
The Radisson itself was ok. Bar prices were crazy but it’s to be expected, the rooms were tried but did the job, the parking was £24 per night (mental) but you couldn’t even get a space, after 45 mins of my husband driving around trying to find somewhere to park, I went to reception and said what should he do and they said just park on the double yellow lines or up a curb. They offer park for the stay on your trip so no wonder there was no spaces.
I recently stayed at Denham Grove Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room, though small, was modern and nicely appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were truly lovely and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, which adds a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some minor issues, I'd recommend this hotel for a short, relaxing stay

Check-in and Check-out
The check-in process was not as smooth as I have experienced at other hotels, and it set a less-than-ideal tone at the start. On the other hand, check-out was seamless and efficient, with the option to complete it online adding extra convenience.
Room
The room itself was modern and came with a lovely view, which I appreciated. However, the bedding was a disappointment. The bedsheets carried a musky, sour smell and did not feel fresh, which is below the standard expected of a quality hotel. Unfortunately, the towels had a similar odor, which detracted from the otherwise clean bathroom. On a positive note, the shower was excellent and the bathroom overall was spotless.
Facilities
The first-floor bar area was clean, spacious, and inviting. I had hoped to enjoy the 25th-floor bar as advertised, but it was unexpectedly closed around 6 pm when I inquired, which was a letdown. The gym looked very well-equipped with an impressive view, although I did not use it during my stay.
Overall
The hotel has potential with its modern design, great views, and solid facilities. However, housekeeping standards around linens and clarity about facility availability need improvement to match the expectations of guests staying at this level.
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

ผผู้เข้าพักI had a wonderful stay at Leonardo St Paul’s. It’s a great hotel, very conveniently located, especially travelling from Gatwick on the direct train line. Located on a beautiful area with St Paul’s cathedral and the river Thames on your doorstep. The room was spacious, clean and quiet- only slight criticism would be the lack of a hand held shower in addition to the overhead one- but it’s a small thing. The main lift is exceptionally slow, but I think they are working on this and the room service charge very expensive, but these are small things and overall it’s a fantastic hotel and great value for money for London.
