We went to Art’otel Hoxton for our 23rd anniversary. Our experience was stellar. From the service, to the spa, to the accommodation, to the views, artwork, and the restaurant (Solaya) - the experience was unique and amazing. Every person working there was conscientious, warm, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special - from front of house to housekeeping. They added little touches -notes, a complimentary treat at dinner and to our room. Juliet, Vanessa and the rest of the Art’otel team, thank you - you made our anniversary memorable. The location is great, too! We will definitely be back!

Location is great with Hatton Cross station just across the road. The room was spacious and clean but there was no bottled water and the tap water was not good. Breakfast was ok but the dining room tables were not cleared efficiently so it was difficult to find a clean place to sit and eat. There was also a lot of food on the floor. Room service was terrible - it took 5 phone calls to even make an order. After two hours of waiting I got a phone call that asked ”Did you get your food?” to which I replied ”NO!”. Not impressed at all. But to be fair, they did reduce my bill to compensate for the poor service. All in all, the hotel is perfect if you're flying in late and need a convenient stopover location, but our experience wasn't brilliant.

Checked in here for managing an early morning transit. While the checkin was smooth and rooms were comfortable, the bed linen can be better from a hygiene perspective. I’d still feel for the price and a short stay, the hotel is quite convenient as there are periodic shuttles as well to all terminals.

AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

โรงแรมนี้ดีมากจริงๆ พนักงานเป็นมิตร อาหารอร่อย ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่และสะอาด ทำเลที่ตั้งเป็นปัญหาจริงๆ เพราะสถานีรถไฟลอนดอนเอ็กเซลปิดตลอดเวลา ไม่มีร้านค้าหรือร้านอาหารอยู่ใกล้ๆ แต่ข้อดีคือโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟฟ้า DLR จากสถานี Prince Regent ซึ่งเดินจากชั้น 2 เพียง 1-2 นาทีเท่านั้น

Beautiful hotel, lots of restaurants and bars . Wonderful array of toiletries and brekkie in bed was a lovely touch.
