The stay at Swiss Diamond was bliss from the moment I entered to the moment I left. The reception, dining, and spa staff were all incredible and so friendly. The room was equipped with more than my own home is; shoe shining and sewing kits, all the hair and body care you need, and tons of wonderful snacks. The spa/pool was tremendous, but my favorite part was going from the Finish sauna to the ice shower. I tried out the salt room too. The breakfast was abundant and full of variety, every bite was yummy. And after I checked out, I had a lovely coffee on the restaurant’s garden terrace. I’m jealous of myself before I came here because I want to do it all over again!!

We had a very large rooms for 3 persons. :-) Every day the room was cleaned and beds were fresh. :-) Most days they forgot the 3. towel and to bring new paper for the toilet. :-( When we asked for it, all people at the reception were very friendly and brought us the things. :-) :-) Sadly they forgot again the next day. :-( One day we had ants and a bug in our room :-( They helped carrying the suitcases :-) The breakfast was ok, only Nescafé included - the good coffee needs to BE paid.

โฮสเทลอยู่ติดกับถนนคนเดินหลัก แต่เงียบพอที่จะนอนหลับได้ดี การหาโฮสเทลอาจจะค่อนข้างยุ่งยากเพราะทางเข้าอยู่ที่สนามหลังบ้านของบล็อกอพาร์ตเมนต์ แต่สามารถมองเห็นป้าย (ร่วมกับโฮสเทลอื่น ๆ ที่อยู่ถัดไป) ได้ชัดเจนในเวลากลางวัน เดินประมาณ 30-min จากสถานีขนส่งหลักและอีก 3-floor เดินขึ้นไปยังโฮสเทลเอง ภายในโฮสเทลทุกอย่างสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและดีมาก

Location is great near the airport, but you would need to walk on the grass if you want to walk from the airport there is no sidewalk. Free shuttle is available upon request from the hotel to the airport. Room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel itself seems a little bit aged.

Wonderful experience. Both the staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. She also recommended where to take wonderful landscape photos, leaving me a great experience about Prishtiba. Also exceptional remarks for the breakfast, love them ! The hotel isn’t far away from the city landmarks, probably just less than 15 minutes walk. The hotel looks like a little garden in the middle of the town. Definitely make me feel wanted to visit Kosovo again.

酒店門前車位不多，我停在旁邊的Minimax商場，收費一兩歐一晚還算方便。停車場有電梯直達房間。比較失望的是前台服務，無論入住或退房都顯得冷淡，讓人感覺缺乏基本禮貌。 It has limited parking, so I used the nearby Minimax mall lot for a small nightly fee—convenient enough with direct elevator access to the hotel. However, the front desk staff were surprisingly cold during both check-in and check-out, lacking the courtesy you’d normally expect.

Very nice hotel and conference center. Nice and clean rooms, good service at the front desk, really good breakfast. The meals served at events in the hotel and at the conference center were very good. The only downside is the location - not much to do around there except going to the big mall.

The owner of the Apartmennt is very friendly and helpful.location is convenient near to supermarket and green market.The room is very clean with fully equipped kitchen,refrigerator ,washing machine and heater.Tv also provided.good stay here.

Had a great layover, all fine! Fresh new building, good location, nice room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. And the best gym I ever had in a hotel, it has everything and machines (e-gym) are new. Sauna Pool etc. too.
