Otel çalışanlarının pozitif güler yüzlü ve çözümleyici olması bunun üzerine otelin gerek konum gerek temizlik gerek konfor anlamında fazlasıyla tatmin ediyor olması bir gün daha konaklamamı 

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากและสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวโดยรอบได้ ห้องใหญ่มาก คุ้มราคามาก วันแรกมีปัญหาเรื่องความร้อนก็ช่วยแก้ไขทันที อาหารเช้าไม่คุ้มและมีของเรียบง่ายมาก โดยรวมสวยและสะอาดผ้าเช็ดตัวและผลิตภัณฑ์อาบน้ำก็ดีมากเช่นกัน

โรงแรมบรรยากาศดีใช้ได้เลย ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง มีสวนสาธารณะอยู่ใกล้ๆ หาของกินและช้อปปิ้งก็สะดวกสบายมาก แถมยังอยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวอีกด้วย การเดินทางก็สะดวก ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

We had a perfect stay at this great hotel! I love the location—it's in the middle of everything but still not crowded, surrounded by a park zone. It's a fantastic option for families with kids. It's also a perfect spot if you plan to use the ferries, which are a fast and romantic way to explore Istanbul! A special thanks to Murat, the chef, for his kindness and dedication to ensuring guests have an awesome experience, even on the busiest days. The Menemen and Egg Benedict were delicious! ❤️ Another big thank you to Rabia from the pool restaurant, who gave our son a Spider-Man bracelet that made him so happy! Even after a week, it remains a proud possession of his. 😂 We send lots of happiness and our best wishes to her! ❤️🎈

If you drive..be prepared to find autopark nearby..i have bad experiences in driving at night to find this hotel location..since route in front of hotel is closed...room is small..location is good..for me not really worth the money since you can find better stars hotel with this price..breakfast is good

Есть небольшие минусы половина окон выходит на улицу, а вторая половина на стену. И звукоизоляция на троечку. Но плюсы однозначно перевешивают

I would like to share my experience during my stay . Overall, the cleanliness and restaurant service were good; however, I faced an unacceptable situation at the health club. On my first day using the health club — which was included free with my room booking — I was informed that the allowed time was thirty minutes. After spending about ten minutes in the sauna and steam room, I proceeded to the Turkish bath. Shortly after I entered, the staff asked me to leave because another ”preferred guest” wanted to use it, even though I had entered with their approval and according to the schedule. I refused to leave since I had entered before that guest, but then the health club manager came and repeated the same request, stating that the other guest gives them tips. I had no choice but to leave the place while I was still wet and very upset about their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I immediately went to the reception desk to file a complaint, but I was surprised to learn that the hotel management had no authority over the health club. No apology or compensation was offered for the incident, which left me with a very negative impression of the service and guest treatment.
