Not bad. The style is like “ The Student Hotel”, neat, modern and tidy. Walking distance to city center, cave and Thermae 2000.
I brought my own extra blanket as I m sensitive to coldness.

The hostel is really nice for the price and the area. We stayed in a pod, which provided adequate privacy.
Not all the bathrooms were always very clean. Given the constant amount of people coming through it's understandable, but slightly inconvenient. The staff were a bit difficult to find and absent. Would be nice to be able to control the AC in the pod as it got quite cold during the night.
Overall nice stay and will recommend!

Prima hotel, gastvrij
We hadden onze hond mee en dat was bijzonder
Een voerbak en koekjes voor haar op de kamer.
De dame die in de avond achter de receptie stond was bijzonder gastvrij en leuk.
Jammer dat het niet altijd goed ging met de handdoeken. Maar goed opgelost.
De jongen die woensdag 1/10 achter de receptie stond heeft nog wat te leren. Niet gastvrij en was wat bot. Dit was in de andere dagen gelukkkig anders.

La camera era ampia con mobili datati. Nella nostra camera era presente il lavandino ed il bagno era in comune. Receptionist gentile è disponibile. Posizione ottima se si dispone di auto.

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟทางไกลเดินเพียง 2 นาที และป้ายรถเมล์อยู่ฝั่งสถานีรถไฟด้วย เดินทางสะดวกมาก ห้องพักในโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่แต่เรียบร้อยและสะอาดมีห้องทําความสะอาดทุกวัน มีกาแฟ ชา และน้ําร้อนให้ฟรีตลอดวัน อาหารเช้าเรียบง่ายมีอาหารร้อนและเย็น โรงแรมเช็คอินด้วยตนเอง แต่พนักงานจะช่วยได้ ข้อเสียคือไม่มีร้านอาหารในโรงแรมให้บริการอาหาร สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมเงียบสงบ ขอแนะนําให้พักสองถึงสามวัน

We reisden met de trein, en wat handig is: het hotel staat zo ongeveer naast het station. Het was heel fijn dat we onze bagage bij aankomst alvast in een kluisje konden zetten. Toen konden we de stad in en later inchecken. We hebben twee keer gegeten in het restaurant; heel lekker!
Het ontbijt was ook prima; van alles wat. 's Avonds gingen we nog even gezellig koffie drinken bij de bar; een boekje mee - net als thuis.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De locatie van het hotel is echt prettig; op loopafstand van het centrum. We hebben 5 fijne dagen beleefd. Dit hotel is een echte aanrader voor een stedentrip of voor een korte vakantie!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. We arrived earlier than 3 o'clock but were still able to check in because the room was ready. The room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel Monastère is vlak naast de markt gelegen. En daarom zeer goed te bereiken met het ov. De kamer was prachtig klassiek ingericht. Het gevoel van de gouden eeuw. Maar dan met alle gemakken van nu. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en betaalbaar. Het enige kleine minpuntje dat ik zou kunnen bedenken is dat de voegen in de douche iets schoner kunnen. Maar al met al echt een aanrader. Ik zou volgende keer weer hier willen logeren.

ผผู้เข้าพักVery nice reception guy , it is not his job because you have to check-inn by yourself , but he helped us out ..Rooms are a bit old and must be updated. We understand what they like todo with the old furniture but this can be done better. The small carpet(?) in the front of the bed was not clean and full of dirty spots. The floor had a lot of wear and tear, TV is not big, more laptop size and our remote control was not working, also the shower is with very low water pressure , better take your time. By the way there is a very nice ”breakfast” woman, who wished us a great day.
This Hotel has a lot of potential but needs an upgrade, broken chair in the hall first floor is not the best income to your room. 4 star rating is not the right level..for the total..

BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.
